If you’re worried about Coronavirus contamination, please be assured that the products are sterile, vacuum sealed and then the length of time for shipping and storage means that the likelihood that your item would contain any virus particles upon arrival is infinitesimal. If this is something that worries you, the best suggestion we can make is to tumble dry your item on a warm heat for 30 mins to 1 hour which will help to kill off any pathogens. We advise doing this anyway and continuing to do it every 2 weeks thereafter - this helps to keep the fibres nice and fluffy and help to maintain its loft. Any other queries, please let me know. Answer:	It depends on what you compare it with. I put it on a layer of latex, which sleeps very cool, and this topper does make it hotter.
Question:	How well does this support plus sized bodies
Answer:	This mattress topper supports plus size bodies very well. Perhaps not as well as a 6in, which would be double the size, gel mattress topper, but this is more comfortable and cooler. Answer:	Haven't tried it, but it should provide some protection of the foam topper (this topper is washable). Since you're adding another 2 inches or so to the mattress you might want to check that your linens will still fit. Don't do it if you want firm bedding, but it will make it feel extra plushy.

Fluffing

After opening the package, allow your topper to fluff up to its original loft. The best way to achieve this is to use a tumble dryer on a low heat for 30 minutes. Please note: your topper does not need to be washed before use, so tumble dry it to recover its plushness when it is dry.
