Answer:	I wasn't sure about being water resistant either. I had to buy 4 cans of scotchgard (Bed Bath and Beyond) and sprayed all the cushions. I also had a concern about the short legs in a rain. I am going to Home Depot to check out something to raise them up a little or at least cover the feet.
