Answer:	Hello- we just purchased this mattress 3 weeks ago when we got our home, and after having been thru Zinex brand, Serta, Sleep Number, Sealy, Tempurpedic, my husband and I both can say that this offers a good deal of support. It’s not ‘bouncy’, and it’s not super soft. Edge support is good (our youngest child crawls into bed with us pretty frequently, so we know all about having to ‘side perch’ lol.. the mattress has the perfect amount of memory foam and plush top/fill, and great non-detectable individually wrapped coils inside, in our opinions. If asked whether it’s firm or soft, I’d say it’s straight down the middle: Medium. Just right. But opinions are like A holes.. we’ve all got em. I’d pay the $430 again for it though and plan to for our guest room. Hope this helps somehow!! :)

I like it much better than the regular memory foam.

Answer:	I have never done it, and I truly believe you don’t need to because remember it got sprints as well as memory foam. Question:	Is it natural lavender or synthetic
Answer:	The packaging details did not specify whether the lavender scent was natural or synthetic. I can, however, tell you that both my husband & I have severe allergy & sinus problems but we were not affected by the lavender scent. It is very subtle & not over powering.
Question:	Does the lavender smell go away on airing? I can see masking new-foam smell, but that should disappear in a few days. Ditto for the lavender, I hope
Answer:	Hey! The second I opened the package the lavander smell was overbearing, butttt once it got on my mattress and under the sheets I only strongly smelt it for the first night but I slept like a baby. When I got home the next day, my room was filled with the lavander smell and I stayed in there almost all night not wanting to move! So yes at first it will be very strong but the smell goes away. Honestly, my windows have been shut with the air on so if all my windows were open to air out the room, it prob wouldn't be such a strong smell.
