Answer:	It may say it comes with a warranty but they didn't respond to my complaint about it puckering up and causing lumps under my back resulting in pain! I don't recommend it. I've had many toppers throughout the years and this is the first one to do this. It's a 3 inch thick with the little holes that are supposed to make it cooler. The one I got from Costco lasted years never slipped off my bed and didn't pucker up like a crumpled piece of paper wadded up under my back all night! I paid more at Costco but they'll always take things back! After a month it said it was not eligible for return!

I have it going into a presonus monitor station, which then splits my monitoring sources... however in theory I don’t see why not, as the sound source is still the same... the only thing I’m not sure of is; if both outs work simultaneously or whether plugging in one source turns off the other... if it doesn’t, you should be golden.

Answer:	7/2020 Yes, a thin one, basically disposable I think? Am not positive it wasn't mentioned in the directions or packaging, but my FULL XL size that I ordered came tightly wrapped in plastic inside of a box & to my surprise there was a very thin, almost papery thin cloth covering over the topper. I went ahead & left it on because it doesn't seem to hinder performance in any way.

Answer:	I tried it on my original mattress which is fairly hard and it feels amazing. Great mix of comfort and not feeling like a marshmallow you sink into. I can't comment on it in top of a memory foam mattress but if it is a fairly dense mattress for support it will be a great fit. You won't think so feeling by hand but after sleeping on it the depth was great.

Answer:	Hi, I slept on this 10 hours after opening and unfolding the mattress pad. It was wonderful and no offensive odors. I know it said to wait 24 hours, but it was fine.

Answer:	I’m also looking to firm my bed that I just recently purchased a few years ago. It’s now too soft as the “gel padding” has caused it to become softer than when we first got it and I suffer from deteriorating bone disease. Would this be something to consider for firming my bed and not breaking the bank again?? Thank in advance for your help!

Answer:	Mobile Mobility Services: You will receive the current 3.5 amp Battery Maximizer charger model A24030-10. You will NOT get a bait and switch to a UPG charger. Most people have version "C" of this charger and the current version is "D". Thank you
Question:	Can you sink into it also how long does the quality last
Answer:	Mobile Mobility Services: I do not believe there is a Pride Mobility scooter model XJ. That being said if you have a charger with you, you could use an AC to DC converter on any 12 volt battery to charge the scooter. It will drain the battery pretty bad so it would be best to have the car running so that batteries doesn't die. Good Luck
