Answer:	I usually hate memory foam because it is hot and smells funny. This mattress topper is comfortable, does conform to my body and does spring back pretty well (when I get up to go to the bathroom, etc.) and overall has helped me to sleep better. And it is NOT hot and has no odor.

Answer:	I’ve had mine about 1.5 years and it’s just like new. I did encase it and my mattress in a waterproof bug proof zip around encasing though so it was never exposed to dust, sweat or anything. It is probably dust and sweat and cellular debris settling into the pores of the foam that reduces its effectiveness over time. Consider a full mattress encasememt type cover that is waterproof and bedbug proof.

Answer:	Forget what the advertising says. I am 6ft, 220lbs and this is extremely soft to the point that you sink in it, sleep crooked all night and wake up in pain. Even my wife, who's been looking for a soft mattress topper, said the same thing and she is 5'8'', 130 lbs. Otherwise quality product and materials but not for us. Would buy from Viscosoft again, just not sure is they make a more firm mattress

Answer:	It washes and dries very well but I would dry it by itself. This stackable dryer sounds small. Check it about half way to untangle it.

Answer:	I bought it for this reason and after a weekend away and my kitten finding it, cat pee is stuck on my brand new 2 mattresses. Completely bummed as this was the entire reason we bought it. It looks and feels like total fabric - no vinyl/polyester feel anywhere which is HOW it is actually waterproofed. Totally disappointed and may need to buy 2 more mattresses.

Answer:	This pad is THIN, 1/8-1/4" depending on how much you compress it when measuring. I do have to hunt for the thicker ones, as they are hard to find in the low-end chain stores, so I was surprised that it was not any thicker, more plush like i had hoped.

Answer:	I can't find the content label on the mattress pad (I may have cut it off) but I believe that the top is cotton -- it's very soft. The sides are polyester, I think -- much nicer than my previous mattress pad, which had a very flimsy "fabric" which shredded after a few washings. I am very happy with the quality of this pad.

Am not positive it wasn't mentioned in the directions or packaging, but my FULL XL size that I ordered came tightly wrapped in plastic inside of a box & to my surprise there was a very thin, almost papery thin cloth covering over the topper. I went ahead & left it on because it doesn't seem to hinder performance in any way.

These covers are proudly sewn in our Chicago factory! The cover completely encases the topper, adding an extra layer of protection. The knit cotton fabric top provides a soft and luxurious feel.



The cover is made with two separate pieces of fabric. The top piece covers the top and sides and is made with knit fabric (80% organic cotton, 20% polyester). The bottom is made with a sturdy 100% organic cotton twill fabric. These two pieces zip together around the bottom edge of the cover. The top piece is machine washable in cold water, but the bottom piece is dry clean only.

Answer:	No I could not get it around my topper.
Question:	Does the cover stretch enough so that the feel of the latex topper and a memory foam mattress underneath will not be affected
Answer:	No, the backing is a smooth cotton blend canvas material. Dry clean only.
Question:	Does this have an anti-slip backing
Answer:	I prefer it. We have 2 mattress toppers and covers. My most recent was purchased 2 months ago. We use a waterproof protector. I think it keeps the latex more intact, no friction against waterproof and/sheet. It is washable but I have yet to remove it from my first one...we just wash the water protector and sheets.
Question:	Do you need this to use the topper? I have a waterproof protector and heated topper on my current latex mattress
Answer:	It comes rolled up and wrapped in plastic which you cut away very carefully. Then you roll it out and let it stand a few hours until it decompresses. Lay it on top of your regular spring mattress then use the quilted cover that came with it and put it on over the memory foam and your regular mattress. Then I put a regular sheet on top of the quilted cover.

Question:	some people say this topper shifts around on the bed. Is this true? And will regular sheets still fit
Answer:	I have a padded mattress cover over my 2" gel infused memory foam mattress topper. You can feel the memory foam conforming to your body when you lay down. It does not effect the performance of the memory foam one bit with a mattress cover. I sleep a lot better now with the Millard topper and do not toss and turn as much as I used to. Cover away and enjoy!!
Question:	Does it feel Better with a mattress cover or would that defeat the purpose
Answer:	Keep in mind this mattress is only 2 inches thick so i would have to be say no. I don't have an RV so unless there is something I do not know I would say it is not thick enough. This is gel infused so it has some ability to support but nothing like you would need for a nights sleep. I would look for a gel infused mattress that is 4" thick. That I do think you could use for your RV.
Question:	can this topper be used by it self as a mattress for and RV
Answer:	i think i remember reading that it is green, but as a precaution, i opened and laid it out in the sunshine for 6 hours. there is absolutely no odor. i worked in the flooring industry for 30 years and am very familiar with the odor of carpet pad, which is a petroleum based product. also, the cover is bamboo. i am thrilled with the product.
Question:	Does anyone know if this product is green? Or does it contain checmicals
Answer:	This is just a fabric cover. It is not treated with any flame retardant chemicals.
