Question:	Is it 100% feather
Answer:	I don’t really think so. It hardly has any loft at all. Not much more than a mattress cover in my opinion. I have been using high quality feather beds for over 20 years and some I’ve used for over 12 years before retiring them. They always maintained great loft with proper care. If you’re looking for an actual feather bed softness and cushioning, pass on this one.
Question:	Do you wash it before first using it? How do you dry it
Answer:	I didn’t. So instructions say to only hang dry. So I gave it 4 stars. The instructions also say if you give them a review then you can get another one of their products for free. Then they wrote me and asked why I gave them 4 stars and I said because you can only hang dry and that isn’t possible for me. And they said you can dry it on very low in the dryer. But a lot of feathers come out just on our bed, so I imagine that would be bad in our dryer. Then they asked if I would change my review to five stars. And I said no. I stood by it. They gave me a $25 gift card for a duvet insert. Anyway, they are paying people for their 5 star reviews. I have never had a feather bed mattress topper but it’s just okay. Squished down in use but still thick enough. But feel weird about the washing/drying situation and them giving stuff away for 5 stars.

Question:	How thick is it
Answer:	It's actually quite thick, as pictured - When first layed out, it's maybe 2 inches. After use its probably 1 1/2 inches. After use it gets a lumpy look - it doesn't feel lumpy because its so soft - but your bed will certainly have a lumpy look. So the high lumps could be 1 1/2 inch tall and the valley maybe 1/2 tall.
Question:	I would like to know if topper should be placed on top of mattress, then mattress cover and then fitted sheet on top. Thanks
Answer:	You can put the fitted sheet over it if your mattress is not super thick- mine is new so it is too big for the sheets to fit well with the topper on it. I just kind of wrapped it in an extra flat sheet and it sits on my mattress and fitted sheet. It is really comfy!

Answer:	As noted in the description, the pad is about 2" thick, although, it feels thicker.
Question:	How well does this product machine wash
Answer:	I've never washed this. Purchased in 2014. Because my new mattress required a waterproof cover for the warranty, I also purchased Greenzone Pebbletex Tencel Waterproof Mattress Protector available here. This pad goes on top of the mattress under the protector. When I wash the protector, I shake out/air out this pad. Held up really well for 5 years - no bunching, tears, flattening. And it's VERY comfortable.

Answer:	There is 2 parts of the table. With the drawer side facing you the table to your left of it has an arm underneath of it that folder down. Answer:	Hi. Yes I have that dx. I purchased the topper approx a month ago. I’ve slept better. I think it’s because I don’t get as hot. It does cushion too, but the main help for me has been reduction of heat. Ive noticed I toss and turn a lot less now. I have a Temperpedic mattress that slept hot. I figured I’d give the topper a shot, and have to return it. I’m surprised by it, and will be keeping it.
Question:	What would be the total thickness if using both
Answer:	it is not any where close to what the picture shows. I sent mine back because we were needing something thick enough to help with a nonreturnable HARD mattress, so this didn't work for us. Plus it was too hot for my husband.

Answer:	Yes it does. A very nice cover has that fluffy poly fill in it for added softness. Answer:	I had 5 level microsurgery on my C Spine 10 years ago. I now have low back pain with sciatica on the left. I have a Select Number bed with a pillow top. My low back and hips had too much pressure on the mattress causing poor sleep, constant changing position and pain. Since I put this on my bed, all of that is better, I sleep well. My mattress is firm but the mattress topper relieves pressure points. I love it. I don't know the density answer, but the 4 inches added makes a huge difference.

Answer:	I just received this topper yesterday 9-1-2020 and it did not have the mattress pad with it. It is still a problem. I posted my problem on Amazon and it was sent to Sleep Innovations. Answer:	The feathers are so pokey, that we had to put 2 blankets on top of it. The feathers fell out all around our bed. Within one month, it became infested with tiny black bugs, the size of pepper, and we had to throw it in the dumpster. With it out of the house, there has been no more bugs of any kind. Very odd.
