Answer:	Yes you can. Rather difficult to make it smaller/really tight when around suitcase, though. Making it larger is easy. I travel lot & this strap has never failed & I know have had luggage spot-checked by TSA with this combo locked around suitcase.

Question:	Will this work on spinners
Answer:	DON'T BUY. It should work for spinners, but it is a flawed design. The strap is too slippery/smooth. There is no friction between the strap and the buckles, so it always extends to the end. Never stays how you set it. I had to sew it together in a fixed position. So if my main suitcase is under filled, the strap is too long. Stuff it full and then strap is too short. Hope this warns you away.
Question:	Could someone please give me instructions for using strap
Answer:	You clip one end to the handle of your larger suitcase. Then you take the longer strap and wrap and clip it around the handle of you small suitcase. The idea behind this is so you just have to pull one suitcase while the other is rest on the other suitcase your pulling. But!!! Your suitcase will slides off to the side horribly. Plus the strap doesn’t hold well. I trough mine away AT THE AIRPORT. Great idea, but total junk.
Question:	My luggage is a wheeled duffle the handle to the bag when upright is on the side not on top of the duffle,will it work to put an additional bag on
Answer:	Probably throw you off balance when wheeling the duffle. I use it on a bag that has the handle on top and with the additional bag (via the strap) it balances forward. I'm guessing it would tend to drag your bag weight to the side.

Answer:	The box does not say. I opened it up to check. The length of the item out of the box is about 28 inches. it looks like it can be extended about four or five inches more. Also, it seems to be a stretchy material, so it will probably reach a little longer than that. I would rather not manipulate it as then it will not be unused when I sell it. Answer:	Depending on the length of your backpack, possibly. If it is anything close to a laptop size backpack, you may be able to lay the backpack on its side and use this strap. I have successfully used this strap to secure a 25-in duffle bag to the tops of suit cases for quick travel through the airport. I also have used it to secure a small (3gal) storage bin of accessories to the top of a suitcase in order to travel from the car to the hotel room in fewer trips. I consider this strap one of my most useful travel attachments.

Answer:	I have had this set of spinners for 2 1/2 years, in its time it has been to over 30 countries, hundreds of flights, living out of these suitcases for approx 3-4 months a year and the 20” carry on handle just broke the other day after a 3 week trip. - It’s the bag I use the most frequently and I’d say that is one hell of a run. I’m back here to buy another 20” spinner to replace mine because its track record with me personally speaks for itself. I will say that I hope the handle on this spinner is more ridged - Just my two cents on a topic I know better than most anyone.

Answer:	Height of extended handle is 37.5 inches tall. Platform measures 11 inches deep by 10.5 inches wide. I have a previous model, too and the handle does not extend as high as this one, and the base is not quite as big, either.

Answer:	Not really. I ended up using bungi cords to secure it and that worked great. Also toted the baby's bag in it (in car seat with strap wrapped around back).
