Answer:	The packaging details did not specify whether the lavender scent was natural or synthetic. I can, however, tell you that both my husband & I have severe allergy & sinus problems but we were not affected by the lavender scent. It is very subtle & not over powering.

Honestly, my windows have been shut with the air on so if all my windows were open to air out the room, it prob wouldn't be such a strong smell.

Answer:	I have been buying these since 2014 with no issues. I buy a new one every year because my dogs use them so much they end up a little beat up. I still have all the old ones I bought and just spread them out all over during the summer. During cold season I fold it up and throw it in my garage. I don’t even put it in a box. I think when I pull them back out and they are a little stiff but eventually soften back up. I highly recommend this brand of pad. After in write this I’m actually buying another because now my cat wants one lol. My dogs are both laying on one as I write this. I love this product.

Answer:	I think it could be used outside, especially in a shelter of some kind. I think it would work best if kept out of the sun. I have heard that people's cats like this mat.

Please don’t put your dog in a kennel on a flight, unless you are planning to take kin in the air conditioned/ heated pressurized passenger cabin.The cargo hold is so cold and noisy at altitude and so noisy.Not to mention the noxious fumes leaking in. Airplanes are a fast way of travel but can be deadly for animals. Unless you’re going to be with the dog in the baggage compartment, pay a bit more and get it a seat by you.

Answer:	The large is about 36 inches by 20 inches, which fit my long, 65-pound dog perfectly, since to be cool, the important thing is to get the body on the mat, not the head or tail. When she lies on her side, her legs also hang part way off the mat, but this too is fine. Get a size large enough so that your dog's torso will fit on the mat. She still loves this, and it still loves how cool it is, even though the weather is getting cooler.

Answer:	No, there is no sticking together or disintegration from putting it in the dryer. I find that it sometimes takes longer to dry if you don't go in part way through the dryer cycle to make sure it isn't twisted up. I also use a lower heat setting.

Answer:	To my knowledge all five sides are waterproof unless by accident I overlooked that when I went to their web site and read up on it. I believe this is the best mattress protector I could have found and after having had it for some time now and having washed it several times I'm still very happy with it. When I get ready to replace my other mattress protectors on my other beds I will definitely purchase these again along with the pillow protectors. They are very comfortable to sleep on. Answer:	If you contact Kleen Kanteen directly they will send you that spout cap free of charge. I like having it because it keeps the part that touches my mouth from touching anything else, and it can't get lost because it attaches to the bottle with a loop.

Answer:	Hi, Ian, yes, they're the same- I think labeling the caps "kids" and "adults" is just marketing because the mouth opening of the 12 oz. bottle and the 18 oz. is the same size.

Answer:	sport cap will fit any classic klean kanteen, including 64oz.the classic is the narrow mouth, they also have a classic insulated now as wellas other answer said, it doesn't fit any of the wide mouth bottles, they have their own special caps
