We mostly compress the mattresses into the smaller shipping boxes to go down the shipping rate and save the cost for buyers. Please stretch the mattress out fully by pulling both ends of the mattress, and after using a few times the mattress will gain back their original shape.

Answer:	Most often this problem is a result of the hot water heater being located very far from the sink in which the bidet hot water piping is connected to. In that situation people usually run the hot water tap on the sink in the bathroom until it gets hot. Since the bidet taps into the same pipe, the water should then be warm when using the bidet.

Answer:	Thanks for your inquiry. The electrical cord is about 8 ft long. Located on the right side when you face the seat. It requires to connect to an AC outlet. Also, connect the water supply hose so the warm water can come out from the bidet. From an environmental standpoint, bidets can reduce the need for toilet paper.Considering that an average person uses only 1⁄8 US gal (0.5 l) of water for cleansing by using a bidet, much less water is used than for manufacturing toilet paper. Answer:	I did the same thing. I'm satisfied with the performance mostly. Thought the spray head was stainless steel but it is plastic. The installation instructions were wrong. Attach the part for the water supply to the seat under the toilet tank, there's no adapter to come off the supply at the wall. Just hope it will last.
