Question:	Can you feel the cords running through the pad? Or is there a thick enough foam that you can't feel it
Answer:	It is not foam it is some sort of a fibre. If I press down on the pad with my hand and run my hand over the item in question I can feel them. I never feel them when laying on it, not at any time. As a matter of fact I had to think about it when the question was asked. So no I don't feel the wires when laying on the mattress cover.

Answer:	On the Queen there are separate controls. I would imagine that the King has separate controls also. The Full does not have separate controls.

Answer:	The directions say to put it at the foot of the bed!! But I have an outlet in my headboard so I put the plug at the head of my bed!! Then there are no cords running under the mattress!! I have been using it about 4 months and there has been no issues!!

Answer:	No, you should not use a heated mattress pad or warming layer with an adjustable bed. I have a Sleep Number bed that is adjustable. I purchased a Sleep Number bed "warming layer", thats what they call it, for a Christmas present for us. When we went to make the bed, my husband noticed on the packaging, "Do Not Use With An Adjustable Foundation Bed". So, I called the Sleep Number customer service number and was told to return it for a full refund because it becomes a fire hazard with the constant rising and lowering of the bed. It bends the wires/coils over time and makes it dangerous to use. They said they are working on the technology to create one that can be used with an adjustable bed. They also said if we nevered used the adjustable feature it would be safe to use, however, my husband and I set up the head of the bed to watch tv every night. I hope this helps!

Answer:	I have a power bed .... but pad only lasted 7 months.... only 3 months of use. Nothing to do with the power bed I would imagine. I think the matress pad wires just broke from laying in them.
Question:	Where's the location of the plug on the pad itself? If fitted will it be on top of the bed
Answer:	I bought the Full size and the plug is dead center and perfectly placed so the heel(s) of my feet land on it. So basically my feet hit it all the time and it's rather annoying. Not as annoying as the low power output, which is enough to break the chill of a cold bed but warm is not a word I'd use. So if you get it you may want to put the plug on the head side, but I don't do this because I did that with my last pad and the pillow held the heat in so the insulation on the wires and the blanket around them had turned brown. Clearly a potential fire hazard but that pad had three times the power of this one so I doubt this one is a risk, but something to think about.

Answer:	I don't know! Sometimes I leave mine on all night and other nights turn it on or off during the night. I absolutely love it though. So glad I got it. I ended up getting two. Do you want it on more than 10 hours?

Answer:	This answer was found on the WWW : My new blanket works great. Then I changed my sheets and would get the F2 problem. Very consistent after 5 tries with F2 blinking by unplugging at wall outlet and comes on with F2 blinking. Let it rest a night and still the same. Then I unplug it at the blanket. Hmm, notice a pin was lower than the others. PUSH BACK IN FIRM and tried again. Perfect.

Answer:	At the time I bought the 1st one (2010) the warranty was 5 years. One of the controllers malfunctioned twice during that time. I called for advice about how I might repair them or request a new controller. Both times, they just offered to replace the whole mattress pad with a new one, no squabbling at all. Answer:	The Mattress covers are made of 100% polyester and are designed to be non flammable. We advise to check the specifications of your gel topper to ensure it is safe.

Answer:	This would depend on the height of the topper plus the height of the mattress. It would work on my queen mattress, but it is not particularly tall (does not have pillow top on both sides).

Question:	How much electricity does this consume
Answer:	You may be able to do so, but, there are two fat wire connectors which protrude off each side and which may prevent the sheet from fitting well (see the photo in my review). The manufacturers do their best to minimize showing the connectors in the display photos.
Question:	How long is the warranty
Answer:	I don't recommend machine washing the foam. I took the bed apart and washed the fabric in the machine and let it air dry. If the foam really needs washing, you could try using a wet cloth or try immersing it in soapy water and gently squeeze it a few times. Then do the same with clear water to rinse it, and air dry.
Question:	Will this product fit a deeper mattress
Answer:	There is a zipper on the actual pillow of this product. You would need to pull the pillow out from the inside of the bed to see it and then you will easily be able to remove the Pet Bed Warmer on the inside.
Question:	Can u put a sheet over it
Answer:	I do not know the size, volts anyway, but it is a flat pad that sits under the cushion padding. I have two bald cats that use them and they love them. Always keeps them snug , we have two of them.

This heated mattress is equipped with a overheating against protection system. This sensor technology prevents the entire surface of the heated mattress from overheating by automatically switching off the mattress in the event of a fault. If the safety system has switched off the heated underblanket, the temperature setting is not illuminated any more even when the heated mattress is switched on.
