Answer:	It can be used for both Dog and person. My daughter got in with her boxer and it kept it a float. That would be about 200lbs.

Answer:	Yes, I am over 200 lbs and I lay/sit in it a lot with no problem. The construction is very durable heavy fabric which is not easily punctured. Our dog has some claws (very noticeable when he comes swimming at us to hold him), and has not damaged the float at all. Now, we send him to the float when he swims at us. You do need to give him a push up on the behind to get him in the float, they can't really get into it themselves.

Answer:	Water does come in but my Lab and Bernese Mountain dog love it.......their large dogs the lab is 80+ lbs and the Berner pup is 73 at 5.5 months. this is my second season and it is holding up wonderful! Answer:	Exactly the same length and only the legs fold, also the height or length is adjustable so it depends on how you set it up, this is a nice height chair but i havent trusted it bc its so flexible but it has held together just fine, what i love about this is you can take the seat off and strap it to a chair ...in all honesty i would not reccomend this height chair bc the legs are too flexible and the chest straps /harness for baby is not adjustable in the back we had to tie it up and adjust as our son grew, and no instruction on how to adjust or even set up the straps in the back of the chair, hope this helps!
