Answer:	I have used mine for guests for some time, and have had no issue with the pillowtop. I don't think it could come off. I do, however, add a nice, fluffy quilt under the sheets to make it softer. Even though this mattress has a pillow top, it is still filled with air, so is not like a pillow top on your regular mattress (if it were, you wouldn't be able to fold it up and fit it into the shipping box).

Answer:	The one I received came with a fitted sheet, top sheet, Comforter, 2 pillow cases that match the sheets, 2 shams that match the quilt and a small decorative pillow. Eight pieces total. We love this set. It is nice and bright and very comfortable.

Answer:	It depends on how frequently you plan on using this. If it is nightly, for over 3 days, I would go with the pillow top. I am 7 months pregnant and after 3 nights on ours, my hips and back get sore.
