Answer:	I don't know how these work w/o sewing fabric ties on both comforter and duvet. I found the perfect answer for any duvet and it holds comforter in place w/o slipping, tearing, shifting or sewing! I found these clear hard plastic circles (doubles-one snaps inside the other ) to hold corners in place w/o any problems. I first used them 4 a med. weight comforter (not this one) and an antique lace duvet. Held beautifully and invisibly w/no damages. With the corner tabs, you just put the larger circle on the top of tab and the smaller circle on the outside bottom of the duvet cover and snap together.Voila! I can't recall the name but Bed,Bath & Beyond has a four-pack for about $10-$12.Just tell them what you are looking for and that you need clear plastic comforter/duvet cover corner holders. They also last forever and are easy to remove for cleaning or changing styles.

Answer:	No you can't. Get a Svbony 8'' Dovetail Bar instead. They come in (Red) or (Silver) anodized aluminum. I have used them on all of my scope systems. You should need 1/4 20 allen cap bolts to install the tube rings onto the bar. You'll need short ones so they recess into the hole slots on the bar. Answer:	There are 2 aux ports and 1 dedicated ST4 guider port on mine. 1 aux port is taken by the hand controller, and I connect my hand controller to the PC through USB for ASCOM guiding, so I don't use the ST4 port (i used it once, but got better results using the ASCOM driver for the mount for guiding). If you use a standard ST4 guider, you will have one more aux port open for an accessory. If you need more, Celestron sells an AUX port splitter, but I haven't used it.

Answer:	It is a generic type of rail that attaches to most telescopes in order to attach them to the mount. The dovetail is a fairly common attachment found on many mounts. Contact the manufacturer of your telescope to see if they have one that fits or you may be able to buy a generic dovetail rail to attach to your scope that would then allow it to sit on the Orion mount
Question:	What is the 75% white down? Synthetic material
Answer:	Not per the manufacturer's specs, which specify telescopes of no greater than 12 pounds. On the other hand, I presume they designed the tripod with at least a 1.5 safety factor, which means it could hold up to 18 pounds without failing. You will have to use your own judgment. In my humble opinion, this is a solid tripod, and if you balance the telescope per the manufacturer's guidance, I don't think you'll have problems.
Question:	What is the thread count
Answer:	Actually it will handle a 8" dobsonian telescope with ease as well as anything smaller with the proper rings. With 8" rings and the proper counter weights(I used small dumbbell weights) it went on and worked fine for visual observation. However if you want to do astro-photography it just isn't solid enough to do it smoothly so keep that in mind.

Answer:	Dear Mr. Holmes, yes you can mount a DSLR on the Orion AstroView EQ mount via the 1/4"-20 Adapter for Orion Telescope Mounts Item # 07388. Since DSLRs are usually lighter weight than a telescope you may need a lighter weight counterweight.
Question:	Does it come with pillow cases
Answer:	the mount I have has the single axis drive which should move my scope in the direction of the earth's rotation in order to keep any celestial object in view. If you want to take timed exposures of any star, planet or relatively stationary object in the sky, not satellites, comets, asteroids... this mount should allow that. tracking an object accurately whether it is the sun, another star, the moon, planets, comets .... you may need a double axis drive with more extensive object database capabilities than what I have. Mine rotates the scope at a set speed in either direction, but is a drive only, no computerized database (go-to drive).
Question:	Can you use it without a duvet cover
Answer:	If you want to connect your DSLR to this mount, you'll need a proper Vixen style adapter to provide you with a 1/4-20" threaded post to connect to your camera. Answer:	We recommend using a Go-To system for long-exposure astrophotography, as this will compensate for the apparent movement of the sky.

Answer:	The version I received cannot be adapted to a tripod. The base is different than what's pictured. The set screw for the "yaw" rotation is on the bottom as a bolt with plastic knob end. And, it's not a standard tripod 3/8" 20 turn screw. In my case, it was metric 10mm x 1.5 pitch.
