I first used them 4 a med. weight comforter (not this one) and an antique lace duvet. Held beautifully and invisibly w/no damages. With the corner tabs, you just put the larger circle on the top of tab and the smaller circle on the outside bottom of the duvet cover and snap together.Voila! I can't recall the name but Bed,Bath & Beyond has a four-pack for about $10-$12.Just tell them what you are looking for and that you need clear plastic comforter/duvet cover corner holders. | Answer: | It depends on if you’re using the Duvet by itself with no cover inside of it or if you’re going to insert a cover. If you’re going to insert a cover, it will depend on what kind of cover you insert and whether it is light weight or heavy. The Duvet itself is very light weight and doesn’t have that warm or hot texture. So I would say it’s relatively cool. I get hot at night also and it has been working perfectly for me. |

| Answer: | You shouldn’t use fabric softener, not only is it toxic, but if you put it in the wash with the detergent, it cancels out the washing action of the soap. The best thing to soften laundry is wool dryer balls or a clean dry towel with your items in the dryer. Microfiber responds very well to wool dryer balls. |
