Answer:	Hello, I’m 5’2” and without shoes, this hits right above the ankle at its longest points. It’s rectangular shaped, so there are long points at the outside of each leg where it’s above the ankle. The short side is at the front & back of the knees. It will not touch the floor and gives full coverage without the hassle of a hood nor sleeves. The perfect poncho/blanket. It’s hefty and extremely soft, it does not pill or get linty unless you wash & dry it with a load of towels. Don’t do that. It’s a heavy load when it’s wet by itself in the washer, & comes through like a champ.

Answer:	I always use fabric softener and so far they've been holding up great. I can't praise these blankets enough. I bought many over the years and these are by far the best. Perfect size and very well made. Super soft too! My dogs love them.

Answer:	Basically yes but you must be at least 5'2" - 5'4" in hight or it will sweep the floor. Also if you are too heavy it might not fit properly although in both instance the throw can be fixed.
