Answer:	There are two possible locations of the top drawer. I bought 7 of these units in late 2019 and early 2020. I set mine up like most and there is 10" between the bottom of the lower drawer and the bottom of the top drawer. But the sides of the metal frame used to hold this unit together have two sets of screw holes for the top drawer slides. One set is 10" above the bottom drawer slide holes, the other is 12" above the bottom holes. So you could have a 12" clearance. This needs to be decided before installation while screwing the frame together. I prefer to have a bit more room on the upper drawer so use 10".
Question:	It's advertised as "Gifts under 10". Why does it cost more than that
Answer:	I believe it could be if the cabinet were tall enough

Answer:	Yes. The brackets at the back of the top slider provide stability when secured to the back of the cabinet. I have mounted the 2 tiered Rev a Shelf with one side of the U-Shaped bracket, bottom, and back brackets attached. It’s stable.

Answer:	I have had mine for 2 yrs. being lazy, I have left them out year around in the Colorado weather: hot sun(100) and snow. They’ve faded a bit but not too much. I protected mine with 3m scotchguard. I’m glad I did. The water does not absorb. I think it will make them last longer-hope so!
