Question:	How does the pillow inflate
Answer:	The bigger bag is about 8 inches long and the smaller bag is 6 3/4 inches long. I looked up the dimensions of a standard epi pen and it said 5 1/2 inches so it should fit.

Answer:	I doubt it, except maybe a short sleeve onesie in preemie size. These are like pencil cases, not cosmetic bags.
