Answer:	I did not detect any odor. Be sure and ready the directions for the microwave and do not heat it longer than recommended.

Answer:	Yes that is correct. I find that they all have covers on them and they can not be microwaved. Take the cover off and heat the pad and then put the cover on to protect your body The covers are usually flimsy and probably would melt if you put it in the microwave

Answer:	Yes, you can roll it into a neck roll. If you roll it from the long side it will roll into the thickness of about a softball. If you roll it from the short side it is pretty thick but supports the base of your neck nicely . The nice thing is that the buckwheat moves around the case freely so you can adjust the wrap pretty nice.

Question:	Is filling kept evenly dispersed by being sewn into multiple chambers? Or is there just single chamber that allows filling to flow to one side? Thx
Answer:	The filling is not sewn in chambers. I do not find it is a problem when I use it. I have several of them and really like them.
Question:	Does this come with any kind of a carry case, please
Answer:	It doesn't really have a "carry" case, although it does have an outer layer (that could be removed if one wanted to) and an inner layer. I suppose that someone might want to remove the outer layer for cleaning sometime. But, no, no "case" that you'd carry the Bucky around in.
Question:	Can you add or remove buckwheat filling to the wrap
Answer:	The buckwheat bag is sealed. I suppose you could cut it open and add some and sew shut again if you really needed to add or removed.
Question:	How long is it cold
Answer:	I've never used it cold. It stays hot for 5-10 minutes and warm for another 20.

Question:	Is the compact, smaller one big enough to cover a hand and wrist
Answer:	Absolutely... I prefer the compact wrap overall as with the body wrap the buckwheat seeds tend to gather at either ends dispersing the heat/cold... The compact size measures 10" x 8" making it just perfect for hands, back, neck and feet on a chilly night!!! Honestly I can't keep enough of them in the house! Our nightly routine is to grab a Bucky just before getting into bed and putting it under the covers guaranteeing a nice warm bed!!! Always be careful not to heat them for too long (three mins. max for the compact size) as when those seeds burn the wrap really has to be thrown out.Enjoy!

Answer:	Yes. It is very moist heat. Maybe even more moist than my experince with rice packs.
Question:	How long does the heat last? I use it as a bed warmer the one I'm replacing lasted about 8 hours
Answer:	We only use the compact wrap to relieve achy muscles not to heat the bed. It will not stay warm for 8 hrs. to keep bed warm. After heating in microwave will stay warm for aprox. one half hr. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Hi Marilyn,My Minnie is almost 3 inches thick. I love mine and recently traveled to Dallas with it. It is not heavy, and the Dots pattern was cute as I attach it to my bag. It was so nice behind my neck on my late flight! It helped me to relax and get the sleep I desperately needed.Looking at it, you can remove the cover. There is also a zipper on the inner liner. The pillow is adjustable, so can be made thicker/thinner with the addition/subtraction of filling. Answer:	I would say light but holds the body heat in well so warm enough for nights getting down to the mid 40's temp. I usually add a throw on top of mine. I live in So. California. And it has been a very cold winter. Still love my comforter!

Question:	How do you warm them up
Answer:	Just put it into the microwave. I usually warm it fo 60 second and then take it out and shake it. Then put it back into the microwave and repeat this until it feels the temperature that you desire. Please note that each microwave is different so start out with 30 seconds until you get an idea how your microwave heats. I have purchased Bucky products for over 20 years. They are awesome and will last forever.
Question:	How long does it stay warm or cool
Answer:	It stays warm for about 10 minutes.
Question:	Does it have Velcro on it
Answer:	No Velcro - cover is removable and is a soft fabric - Heats well no smell just don’t overheat

Question:	can i get a replacement case for this
Answer:	I don't know. Was a gift for my Mom. As far as i know, she hadn't looked for one

Answer:	I found it to be very small. Maybe 12" wide and 10 front to back. Good size for travel. It was over full. I found it too full and took some hulls out.
Question:	Is this a cylinder? It shows a flat pillow
Answer:	No it's flat. If packaged for long time it could have a musty smell. I had to rinse mine and air dry for a week.
Question:	This listing is very confusing. The description for the 14x11 case makes it sound like you get the buckwheat pillow with it. Can anyone confirm
Answer:	I want to order the actual pillow and the case! Confused! Last time I ordered, I got two cases!
