Answer:	Hello Anna, No, it won't be compatible with a signal booster. The monitor and camera can reach the range of up to a1000ft when there is a clear line of sight between the units. Any obstruction between parent and baby units will reduce the range significantly. With parent and baby units indoors, the typical range is up to 165 feet. The monitor and camera work together through a radio link and such link might be affected by environmental conditions. Please move the units around the room to try to reestablish the link. Answer:	We just upgraded from the 36 to the 36S. Very happy with the purchase. Highlights: (1) We had no choice, as the 36 female power jack kept losing its connection to the charging cord as it twisted around all the time when moving the parent unit. Earlier were had problems with the charging cord also. Where the charging cord connected to the male jack it was getting bent and frayed from moving around to different parts of the house a few times each day. We bought a new transformer with proper jack at Radio Shack, but eventually the female jack on the unit failed completely. (2) 36S fixes this design flaw. The male jack is now much sturdier and cannot twist in the female jack. It is a rectangular jack now, not a hole, so we expect greater luck with this model. (3) Camera resolution during the day may be slightly better than it was for the 36. (4) The audio seems clearer. We can hear our daughter breathing in her crib now. It was never this clear on the 36. (5) Be forewarned - the cameras from the 36 are not compatible with the 36S parent unit. (6) Oh, I forgot to mention... You can choose to split the screen into 2 sides or 4 squares to simultaneously monitor up to 4 cameras, assuming you want to see all the kids at the same time instead of using the scan feature. 36 did not have this feature.

Question:	When I try to ceiling mount the image is upside down. How do I flip it
Answer:	I don't know if you can flip the view from the monitor but you can physically rotate the camera to the desired position on the mount.
