Answer:	The foam is soft just not as thick as I thought it would be. I’ve been trying new pillows for a while because of neck and shoulder issues. We just found out it’s the mattress. I hope my answer helps.

We tend to reccomend the foam to back sleepers because of its lower loft, and it is a bit firmer than the Original. This is no ordinary foam - we searched the world for this special memory foam that is very soft compared to other memory foam, so that you can still get that responsive support from the waterbase.
