Answer:	No. You have to take out the buckwheat hulls if you want to wash the cover.
Question:	I own two other Bucky pillows and both have an inner pillow and an outer cover than can be removed and washed. Does this product come with the cover
Answer:	This pillow comes with a removable cover; a zipper is on one side of the cover. So you can remove the contents of the pillow before washing the pillow.
Question:	Is this pillow good for stomach sleepers
Answer:	I use mine as an adjunct to my regular pillow - I'm a stomach and sometimes a side sleeper and CPAP user. I use the Bucky pillow together with my regular pillow to position my head to keep it somewhat elevated in order to accommodate the CPAP mask. The Bucky pillow itself is small, so if you were going to use it in conjunction with a regular pillow there's no end to the possibilities. By itself I fail to see it would be useful.
Question:	So is it just buckwheat or millet also? Everyone says differently

Question:	does this have a 100% cotton cover
Answer:	The pillow case for this item I believe is 100% cotton. However the fabric that holds the millet hulls is at the very least a cotton blend. To me it seemed to be pretty clearly made of synthetic fibers. It has that kind of slick feeling texture and visible sparkle/shine to it that cotton just does not have.
Question:	Can it be warmed up in the microwave
Answer:	I don't think so. Box says they don't absorb heat in summer or cold in winter I believe. They have other products for heat/cold therapy, which I have and really like.
Question:	can this be washed in washing machine? and
Answer:	No, you can't wash the hulls but you can take them out of the liner (there's a zipper) and you can wash the cover. I bought a little zippered travel pillowcase to put mine in which obviously doesn't fit it but I scrunch it up under my neck at night anyway so I don't really care what it looks like. You can also buy more hulls if you like it fuller - which I do. I cannot sleep without this pillow and you'll find it is much butter than the sobokowi pillows because the hulls are much smaller. The pillow conforms to you neck and then stays there for the night. Love it!
Question:	Dimensions so hard to determine. One user says 4x13 but listing says 3x7x11 (?) and picture shows maybe about 6x18 inches. How big is it really
Answer:	The pillow is very malleable, which may be why there are so many interpretations. The fabric cover has two approximately 6" diameter round pieces (one at each end) sewn at each end of an approximately 16" fabric cylinder- but in reality the pillow is very floppy and flattens out to be various sizes depending on how you lay on it .... In other words, the pillow is like a beanbag so it keeps an approximate shape to the one pictured in the ad, but it is squishy and floppy in use. It is very comfortable, just not the perfectly cylindrical pillow shown in the picture.

Question:	Can you recycle buckwheat Hall
Answer:	I have inadvertently thrown this pillow into the washing machine. In order to dry the buckwheat hulls after the pillow had gone through the wash and rinse cycles, I took them out of the pillow casing and spread them to dry. Once dried, they were stuffed back into the pillow. So they can be washed and reused. . If I thought they had reached the end of their usefulness, I would put them into my compost. All vegetable matter goes into that compost which eventually is added to my garden soil.
Question:	How do you use this neck pillow when sleeping on your back? Are you still using another pillow under your head

Answer:	about a foot long, very small like a small pillow you put in front of regular pillows to make it look fancy, not for regular use.
Question:	Should i use a pillowcase with this pillow
Answer:	Yes, I use one on mine. I called the company that makes the pillow and ordered a pillowcase that's made to go with it (it might even be offered on Amazon by now). I've laundered the pillowcase in hot water with other bedding and it comes out perfectly, retaining its fit. Before ordering the pillowcase from the company, I search all over Amazon for a case that would fit the pillow but found nothing.
Question:	Do the hulls ever need cleaning? Can they be cleaned? Do they attract dust mites? Can hulls be purchased separately for replacements
Answer:	HI: Thank you for asking. The hulls do not normally need cleaning and we do not recommend washing the pillow. Should a mishap occur, we recommend that you take the hulls out, wash the casing in cold water and order replacement hulls. They can be ordered by calling our studio 505-268-0738.
