Answer:	Its a pretty large piece of foam rubber. In a chair it might raise your legs higher than comfortable. My recliner already raises legs a bit. Another 8 inches would be too much. However, this pillow makes a good backrest to use with another pillow in bed.

Answer:	??? Cover on the item I ordered and received was a nice washable poly cotton just as pictured. Not slippery at all. Sounds like they might of sent wrong product or version of product.

Answer:	I use two king size pillow cases, wrap them around pillow and pin two cases together. Works great, and you can take them off to wash when ever you need to. You can also take them to an upholstery shop and have a vinyl cover made that is a permanent cover. That’s what I did for pillow I gave a friend.

Question:	Does the encasing help against dust mites and bed bugs
Answer:	When i got this pillow i realized that was going to be an issue so i cut up an old sheet and made a couple of squares large enough to cover the sleeping side and tuck in all around. Works all right considering i didn't sew them and keeps the surface clean. i haven't contacted InteVision but i imagine they sell replacement covers.
Question:	Can the memory foam be removed
Answer:	I'm 6'1" and 350 lbs. Not a bad wedge but I need to find a bigger one, all around. I like the wedge to start just at my lower back and it is too short for me. So I have to put a pillow vertical between the wall/headboard and the wedge and then rest a bed pillow on that to hold up my head. Also I found that the pillow flattens too much for me, so I have ended up putting a pillow under the wedge to make it incline a little more. Lastly, it is not wide enough to support my arms as much as I would like. I'm now thinking about buying the Avana Slant Bed Wedge or maybe other brands I have found.
Question:	Do you need a standard pillow on the top
Answer:	Oh, I am a side sleeper too. It can be done to sleep on the wedge on your side but only in short segments. I found it too uncomfortable for lengthy periods and you have to experiment to find the OK bend point. I bought the wedge to use following surgery and later used it during brief periods of acid reflux or bad colds w/ sinus drainage. I have discovered that on my back on the wedge I am somewhat more comfortable with a small pillow or rolled up towel under my lower neck & tops of my shoulders. I hope this helps.

Answer:	I have used both. I purchased the 12" first but found the incline too much. I slid down when using it all night as well as when using it for TV, etc. I returned the 12" and purchased the 7.5" which is perfect for me. I do not slide when sleeping on it, with or without a pillow, and the support is great for my neck and back. I do add a couple pillows when I want to sit up more and maintain good neck position. For me, the 7.5" is a better fit and more versatile. It is also easier to set aside or store when I am not using it. Answer:	The actual measurement is 15", but the incline is so gradual that it tapers off to almost nothing at the bottom, and the foam could easily be cut if needed, but you probably would not even feel it under your butt. :) The picture is deceiving, and makes it look like the thigh part hollows out deeply at the beginning, but it doesn't. It''s just the way the cover is sewn. As a matter of fact, from there to the knee bend is 12". I bought it for my father, but I tried it myself to answer your question, since I am 5'3", and it's fine. Again, it's not quite as "molded" as it looks in the picture, and it's a very nice comfortable foam. I hope this helps. I think you should be fine.
