Answer:	Yes, I sent it to my daughter on her birthday, and she love it very much, the color is bright. My daughter said the material is also super soft. It is a good choice as a gift.

Answer:	I am not sure. There was no documentation with the chair. There was a tag but I removed it. The tag was the typical consumer safety warning that says not to remove it before the item is sold. The material is a soft, thick corduroy. I imagine it's fire resistant but not fire retardant.

Answer:	It's very close to the picture. A typical navy blue - not so dark that you wonder if it's black or blue, but definitely navy. It's a perfect color in my opinion.

Answer:	I don't see why it shouldn't. Although it sits really low you may not even need the rail at all.

Answer:	I purchased this bed for my 38 pound son in August. The slats broke in September. It is not sturdy. The way you have to assemble the bed isn’t sturdy at all.

Answer:	It's not made for that. I wouldn’t do it. Also, we have a full bed and it doesn’t cover well. So needs a smaller bed.
