13 best intex inflatable bed twin sizes

Intex inflatable bed twin sizes refer to air mattresses manufactured by Intex that are designed to accommodate a single sleeper and are roughly the size of a standard twin bed. These air mattresses are a convenient and portable sleeping solution for various situations, such as camping, accommodating guests, or as an extra bed at home. Here are some key points about Intex inflatable twin-sized beds:

  1. Size: Intex twin-sized inflatable beds are typically designed to fit standard twin-sized sheets and bedding. The dimensions are approximately 39 inches in width and 75 inches in length, making them suitable for a single adult or child.

  2. Inflation: These air mattresses can be easily inflated using an electric or manual air pump, which is often sold separately. Electric pumps offer quick and effortless inflation, while manual pumps require physical effort but are suitable for outdoor use where electricity may not be available.

  3. Construction: Intex air mattresses are constructed using durable materials like PVC or vinyl, designed to withstand the pressure of inflation and regular use. They often feature a flocked top surface for added comfort and a non-slip sleeping surface.

  4. Support and Comfort: Many Intex inflatable twin beds are designed with internal air chambers or coils that provide support and help distribute weight evenly, reducing pressure points for a more comfortable sleep.

  5. Built-in Pump: Some Intex air mattresses come with a built-in electric pump for quick and easy inflation and deflation. This eliminates the need for a separate pump and simplifies setup.

  6. Height Options: Intex offers different height options for their inflatable twin-sized beds. Some models sit closer to the ground, while others have raised designs that mimic the height of a traditional bed. The choice depends on personal preferences and ease of getting in and out of bed.

  7. Storage and Portability: When deflated, these air mattresses are compact and easy to store or transport. They often come with a storage bag or carrying case for convenience.

  8. Weight Capacity: Intex inflatable twin beds have weight capacity limitations, which vary depending on the specific model. It's essential to check the product specifications for weight limits to ensure safe use.

  9. Maintenance: Keeping the mattress clean and dry is important to prolong its lifespan. Many models can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth, and some include patches for quick repairs in case of minor punctures or leaks.

  10. Intended Use: Intex inflatable twin-sized beds are versatile and can be used for camping, as a temporary guest bed, or for accommodating sleepovers. They are not intended as long-term replacements for traditional mattresses.

In summary, Intex inflatable twin-sized beds are convenient and portable sleeping solutions designed for single sleepers. They are easy to set up, store, and maintain, making them a popular choice for various indoor and outdoor sleeping needs. Their construction and features are aimed at providing comfort and support for a restful night's sleep.

User questions & answers

Question: Can this be taken to a jeweler to have the straps changed out
Answer: This watch is trash!!! The straps broke on it the day I got it. Not surprised the battery doesn't work. The battery alone will cost you more than the watch.
Question: There are older reviews that say the logo is stamped on the watch face which differs from the advertised picture... is this true
Answer: It's bamboo. Very light in weight. The watch is way cool.
Question: why isn't my watch working.is there a battery I have to buy
Answer: Thank you for asking. Blemished is a brand new factory 2nd quality. If we need to repair a flaw we find when the board is finished, and we can see where it has been repaired, we rate it as a blemished board and sell it at a discounted price. Our standards are very high so these are small imperfections that will not reduce the life span of the board or the performance.
Question: I'm allergic to nickel. Is the back of the watch stainless steel
Answer: At your weight and height, I would consider the 50" board.

User questions & answers

Question: How large is it when deflated? Does it fit back into the box it comes in
Answer: It's not 92 pounds. Closer to 40. I've carried this upstairs into hotels and used it camping many times. Though I'd like to think I'm a beast, it's not even close to that 92 pound weight. Don't worry, it's light enough for the average person to carry around easily. Plus it has wheels on one side of the bag for pulling it. (At least mine does)
Question: does this come with a pump
Answer: Yes. The whole bed (including the frame) fold up and pack into a bag that's about the size of a small tent bag. (18inx18inx42in)
Question: Has anyone purchased the "queen" only to find out its not at all thw size its supposed to be and instead is a full? Is this normal
Answer: After reading these answers I thought, heck I could convince my husband to try it as a regular cot if he's opposed to the air mattress while we're camping. After seeing this in action, there is a cover for the air mattress to slip into that is sewn on. Because it has a bunch of material (to accommodate an inflated mattress) it might be a bit uncomfortable to use as a cot with just sleeping bags on it. Having it filled with air was awesome. We put a queen fitted sheet over it, covered it again with a flat sheet and our sleeping bags on top for a very comfortable night.
Question: Can you inflate with an external pump? (In a no electricity campsite
Answer: Not terrible, I camped for a week last year on it and shared it with my 3 year old son. We were the last to arrive so naturally we were the last to be able to get an ideal spot. We had to pitch our tent on a downward slant. The frame held up fine and there were no issues, except getting in and out. It would tilt according the weight placement, but sleeping was fine, no constant bouncing up and down everyone someone rolled over. But then again it was just me and a 37lb child. I'm a 5'10" female that is neither underweight nor overweight...not sure how two adults in it would be...but if you know any single males with a good job, enjoys camping, and likes kids that talk in their sleep, let me know!

User questions & answers

Question: How do you use a pump to inflate this bed when the valve will not let you insert anything in it
Answer: 8.2 pounds. that includes the packaging.
Question: How many come with the order? two for $17 or one for $17? can i select which color i want
Answer: I started using air mattresses some 10+ years ago. I do have a bad back and the air mattress supports me so that I never wake up in pain. I like that I can adjust them for firmness, that they're lightweight when you have to move them, and cheap compared to "traditional" mattresses. With a good base, you can have about any height you desire, and don't have to lug around a box springs with 'em. I used to get bummed when they'd go flat, but I finally accepted that all air mattresses will fail eventually. They can lose air gradually, or in some cases a seam will fail and you'll wake up with a big bulge somewhere. You can extend their life somewhat if they spring a leak by using a vinyl patch. Most mattresses come with like, one, but they aren't very good quality. You can buy a package from Amazon and they'll be a little better. I finally decided that for $15 or $20, I can afford to replace my mattress every 4 to 6 months and it won't break the bank, and is a heck of a lot cheaper than a thousand dollar box springs and mattress set. I keep a spare mattress in the garage for when the current one fails. I've been using the current one for over 6 months now, and just realized I haven't replaced the "spare" so I came back to this page to get one. So far, it's holding up just fine; I've only added air twice!
Question: How big and heavy is the air mattress when rolled up? Would it be small enough to take on an airplane
Answer: If deflated completely, the Queen size measures 14.5 x 12 x 4.5
Question: What size aheets will fit
Answer: There is another version of this mattress that comes with the pump and 2 pillows...it's 5 bucks more. I personally chose this one, because I already have a pump, and pillows.

User questions & answers

Question: What are the measurements of this mattress
Answer: 39 in x 75in x 18in
Question: Made in china or usa
Answer: Made in USA. Says so on the box with an American flag.
Question: Does this have a plastic smell
Answer: I didn’t notice a strong plastic smell. It will have a smell when you first get it out of the box where it’s been confined for a period of time. But after it’s opened up, that initial smell dissipates.
Question: Would the material be durable against pets nails
Answer: Hmmm...it is a durable material, but I don’t know how it would hold up with pets jumping on it. It was made for people, not pets.

Product description

If the airbed has a leak you can find it and patch it But first check for the following Stretching is a natural characteristic of new vinyl and the first few times you use the mattress, some stretching will occur suggesting that the mattress is losing air. It is simply stretching under your body weight and this is normal for the first few uses. To check the mattress for leaks, first make sure the valves are secure, replace it if necessary. You can also put liquid soap and water in a squirt bottle and spray on seams. If there is a leak it will bubble. (Laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent will not work; they do not have the "bubbling" effect) After you find the leak, clean and dry the leaking area, remove the flocking with fine sand paper or an emery board, then apply the repair patch that comes with your airbed. Alternatively, you may purchase an Intex repair kit (#59632) for additional patches.

Offering all the benefits of the Intex Raised Downy airbed but with the added advantage of lighter weight and mid-rise height, the Intex Pillow Rest inflatable airbed is ideal for travelers who want the comforts of a bed but the convenience of a blow-up mattress. The Pillow Rest is equipped with a quality-tested, 20.8-gauge, waterproof flocked top, along with 15-gauge vinyl beams and 16-gauge sides and bottom. The resulting surface is comfortable and secure, whether you're sleeping at the in-laws' overcrowded house or setting up a guest bed in the basement. In addition, the Pillow Rest is remarkably easy to inflate thanks to the built-in, high-powered electric pump, which does its job in a mere three minutes. No more fussing with tiring hand or foot pumps or rummaging through the garage for your detached electric pump. And should the mattress feel a little too soft or firm, you can customize the comfort level with the touch of a button.

The Pillow Rest is raised 17.5 inches from the floor, making it far taller than most inflatable mattresses, and includes built-in pillows for added comfort. And at 39by 16.5 by 75  inches (W x H x L), the mattress is an official twin size, making it a good fit for fitted sheets. The Pillow Rest--which offers a capacity of 300 pounds--comes with an AC power cord, a shoulder strap, and a duffel bag.

Regarding inflation:

Measurements will vary based on the manner in which it is inflated and packaging disclaims “approximate size”.

Airbeds are measured from the widest point including the beams (bulges) on the side and off the tallest point from the floor including built-in pillows if applicable.

Location, temperature, and humidity will affect the airbed’s firmness.  Airbeds will need to be occasionally re-inflated (topped off) to maintain desired firmness when used for more than a few days as vinyl tends to relax over time.

  • Inflatable twin airbed with built-in electric pump for home use
  • Waterproof flocked top with vinyl beams, sturdy construction, and built-in pillows for added comfort
  • High-powered, built-in pump makes inflation and deflation easy, inflates mattress in approximately 3 minutes
  • Double-layered wave beam interior construction, raised 16.5 inches from floor. Material: Nylon

User questions & answers

Question: Does it automatically stop pumping air in once it is full or it has to be manually stopped
Answer: Sincere ps: We specialize in providing electric air pump for this intex bed with 110V AC input/12V DC output- certificated and for safety inflating. You may check the linking: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01J1ACN3Q
Question: how does it deflate
Answer: The pump operates in both directions. If you set it to deflate and then flip the switch, it will suck out the air.
Question: After airing up, is there something to close? Son's bed, and he is 80 pounds, keeps losing air through the night
Answer: The nozzle by the on/off switch needs to be turned completely to closed. If it still loses air, you got a lemon and should contact Amazon to replace it. That's what happened to me. First use with m 130 lb son and it lost air. Replacement held my 200lb hubby and didn't lose any air.
Question: is there any way to bypass the electric airpump. I plan on using this camping, and might need to us some other pump to inflate it
Answer: It is possible to bypass the built-in electric pump by using either a manual pump or a battery powered pump. The included instructions show that this is possible. If you look at the photo that shows the pump, you can see a hole through the middle of the dial (which is used to inflate/deflate the bed). The pump that you end up using must have a hose outlet that can fit through that hole. As for camping, please make sure you have a large enough tent - this is a big bed. Yes, it's only a twin size, but it's quite high off the ground.

User questions & answers

Question: Any tips as to how to determine where a smallhole is? it's way to late to return (forgot about it) and the first night using it, it was half deflated
Answer: They seem to lose air the first time, but seem to hold the air after a few top ups. We had one for a couple of years tried to patch it this past summer but it just wouldn't hold over night so we have replaced it.
Question: Can you connect a manual pump to inflate this
Answer: YES, you can. Page 4 of the instruction manual specifically deals with the option to inflate using a manually operated air pump. It has a standard sized "fitting" in the center of the air control dial valve that allows this.
Question: Does this have any kind of warantee? I just inflated it and it had a hole
Answer: I purchase two of these and use them twice and both of them had holes in them.
Question: If it has in built pump, then why do people buy extra hand pump with this air bed
Answer: Because If they take it camping with them there is no electrical outlet to inflate so a hand pump is the way to go.

Question: Has anyone brought this on a plane to use in a hotel? Is it worth the trouble? How large is it packed
Answer: We do this all the time as we have 3 kids and most hotels only want 2. We put the air mattress, sleeping bag, sheet and pillow in a duffle bag and check it on the plane. I also put in a $5 vinyl table cloth to put on the hotel floor so it stays clean. The only problem is if we check in at 11 pm as the electric pump is loud (but only 2 min).
Question: Does it have a built-in pillow? Don't understand those things, can't stand them
Answer: No pillow. You will enjoy it pillow free.

Product description

The closest you'll get to a traditional bed without actually buying one, the Intex Supreme Air-Flow Twin airbed is ideal for travelers who want the comforts of a bed but the convenience of a blow-up mattress. The top and sides of the bed are constructed with a special network of interconnected air cells that cause the air to flow smoothly and gradually across the sleeping surface. The unique engineering creates a luxurious sleeping surface that's comfortable and stable--a dramatic departure from many other inflatable beds. The mattress is also equipped with a quality-tested, 20.8-gauge waterproof flocked top with 15-gauge vinyl beams and 16-gauge sides and bottom for stability. And best of all, the Supreme Air-Flow mattress is remarkably easy to inflate thanks to the built-in, high-powered electric pump, which does its job in a mere 3-1/2 minutes. No more fussing with tiring hand or foot pumps or rummaging through the garage for your detached electric pump. And should the mattress feel a little too soft or firm, you can customize the comfort level with the touch of a button.

The Supreme Air-Flow is raised 20 inches from the floor, making it far taller than most inflatable mattresses. And at 39 by 20 by 75 inches (W x H x D), the mattress is an official Twin size, making it a good fit for fitted sheets. The Supreme Air-Flow Twin bed--which offers a capacity of 300 pounds--is a terrific choice whether you're sleeping at the in-law's overcrowded house or setting up a guest bed in the basement. The mattress comes with an AC power cord and a duffel bag (for storage).

Regarding Inflation: Measurements will vary based on the manner in which it is inflated and packaging disclaims “approximate size”.

User questions & answers

Question: Is there any Warranty
Answer: Yes - limited: applies to airbed only, to original owner, 90 days from date of purchase, manufacturing defect only. Most airbeds are no longer returnable in stores. I don't know about online purchases. We have a queen and a twin that we put together to create one huge BED!! And it helped my husband's back and knee pain.
Question: My bed is losing air and I cant find the source of the air lose. Any suggestions on how I can fit it
Answer: Sorry Ruth I have gone through 4 of the Intex air beds and none of them lasted longer than 2 weeks. Once it holds air after the first week then the bed gets a deformity and is very uncomfortable. The manufacturer does nothing to resolve these issues. Another unhappy customer
Question: does it have a top and a bottom portion as shown
Answer: I haven't used this in two months (bought it for my daughters apt.) but I recall it that it is only about 3 inches deep at most. It was enough to stick a fitted sheet into, making it much better than a standard (non-partitioned) blow-up.
Question: This product looks like there are 2 twin size mattresses - one stacked on top of the other. Are there 2 twin mattresses or 1 twin mattress? Thanks
Answer: Hi There! This is one mattress. It is dual chamber construction consists of I-Beams in the bottom chamber and coil beams in the upper chamber surrounded on the top and sides with a layer of inter-connected air cells.Hope this helps!7th Avenue Store
