Answer:	You have to go by the measurements. Remove the current cover, or what remains of it, and measure the outside parameters and the height of the top of the air conditioner from the roof. The new cover is fiberglass and the one which bought fit my air conditioner perfectly. So compare the new air conditioner dimensions with your measurements. In my case the cover blew off on one of our cross country trips so I had no old cover to measure, just the placement of the bolts and the height.

Answer:	I'll give you the shortest answer possible. Average male needs 4000 calories a day with 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day with 1 hr weight training per day. This will vary due to cardio inclusion, intensity of weight training, etc. This basic formula puts you around 1 lb of muscle mass per week. This is a very rough estimate, but will point you in the right direction. This is a supplement and DO NOT try to replace food with a mass gainer. Again, it is a supplement.
