To do so, you just flip the switch to inflate (or deflate if thats what you're doing) and then insert your pump hose into air intake valve and it will work! Just make sure to turn the switch back to off when you're done to close the valve. |

No holes - just manufacturer defects. They only have a 90 day warranty so when it's useless at 95 days, they won't stand by their products. Horrible quality. Horrible service. Don't purchase. Find a different manufacturer. You'll be really bummed when you're forced to sleep on the hard floor, because this thing can't hold air for longer than 2 hours. I can't imagine having to sleep on the dirt if you tried using this there. |

By putting the four inch pad on it along with a mattress pad. It protects the mattress. My dog walks up a ramp and muscles onto the bed. I expected it to explode three months ago. My only advice is if you have a king size bed with foot rail and head board. The mattress will expand and make a very tight fit. Makes it difficult to get to inflator switch. I have a log bed and this mattress is wedged in against the head board and foot board. Queen wouldn't make any difference, since it is the same length. After five months i have gotten my moneys worth. Considering that the top air mattresses cost $2,000. Buy one of these very six months and your way ahead of the game. |

| Answer: | This bag is made of good grade nylon but there is no plastic lining in it. Therefore, if wet items are placed into it, the moisture could go through - if only damp items, it may be fine. Hope this helps. |

It is simply stretching under your body weight and this is normal for the first few uses. To check the mattress for leaks, first make sure the valves are secure, replace it if necessary. You can also put liquid soap and water in a squirt bottle and spray on seams. If there is a leak it will bubble. (Laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent will not work; they do not have the "bubbling" effect) After you find the leak, clean and dry the leaking area, remove the flocking with fine sand paper or an emery board, then apply the repair patch that comes with your airbed. Alternatively, you may purchase an Intex repair kit (#59632) for additional patches.

Measurements will vary based on the manner in which it is inflated and packaging disclaims “approximate size”.
Airbeds are measured from the widest point including the beams (bulges) on the side and off the tallest point from the floor including built-in pillows if applicable.
Location, temperature, and humidity will affect the airbed’s firmness. Airbeds will need to be occasionally re-inflated (topped off) to maintain desired firmness when used for more than a few days as vinyl tends to relax over time.

| Answer: | The pump operates in both directions. If you set it to deflate and then flip the switch, it will suck out the air. |

| Answer: | The nozzle by the on/off switch needs to be turned completely to closed. If it still loses air, you got a lemon and should contact Amazon to replace it. That's what happened to me. First use with m 130 lb son and it lost air. Replacement held my 200lb hubby and didn't lose any air. |

| Answer: | It is possible to bypass the built-in electric pump by using either a manual pump or a battery powered pump. The included instructions show that this is possible. If you look at the photo that shows the pump, you can see a hole through the middle of the dial (which is used to inflate/deflate the bed). The pump that you end up using must have a hose outlet that can fit through that hole. As for camping, please make sure you have a large enough tent - this is a big bed. Yes, it's only a twin size, but it's quite high off the ground. |
