I'm not sure what their thinking was on this - 27" wide may cover most women's mid-section, but wouldn't it be smarter to make it about 36" wide and shorter on the long side? Aside from that, these towels are very very soft and feel great. However, the do not immediately absorb water, it takes a couple passes to get it to finally dry you off. Maybe they are treated ... | Answer: | HORRIBLE towels! Don't waste your money. These towels do not absorb & they fall apart. Worst towels I've ever bought. I couldn't give them away in good conscience. If you like to be covered in lint these are for you. They will cover everything else with lint too. If you don't like this mess ... stay as far away as you can. Not only that, when I reached to company, they never contacted me back. I would give these towels from this company a -100 stars. |

| Answer: | Good morning! I washed our towels in hot water with Tide and Snuggle liquid softener. Make sure you don't use too much detergent and just half of the softener. Dry them on medium with fabric sheets and you should end up with a nice fluffy towel. The more you use them and wash them the softer they will become. Mine took a couple of washes. Good luck!!! | Answer: | it was not on there. This was my fault for buying them. They are ok, but not what I had bought previously. And I thought the price was a little much for what I thought I was buying. Once again, they are fine but not the quality I thought I was getting. Fortunately, I bought only one set. I wanted to see the quality before I bought 6 or 8 sets for Christmas, which I did not do. My fault. |
