| Answer: | I’m sure that you can warm a dry towel however, that is not what the towel warmer is designed to do. It is the moisture in the cloth that allows the warmer to heat the towels. The warmer will not get the towels very hot without moisture |

| Answer: | The optimum way is the make sure the towel has the maximum contact points with the heated bars of the heater. If you hang the towel on the top, it would eventually warm it up due the heat rising and getting trapped under the towel but you can also weave the towel around the heated tubes to increase the contact between the towel and the heated elements. |
