| Answer: | You are all wrong!!! Do not cut with wire cutters. You will smash the end of the cable and you need the cable to push into the little hole when your'e done. Use an angle grinder with an abrasive blade. Cut carefully and you will have a very clean cut. |

| Answer: | You seem to be asking about the L end. Look at instruction example 3. If that is the end you are writing about then the place where the wire goes in has threads which have to be loosened to the same amount as the other end before you put the Allen Ok. Just wondered. I never put my things in there anyway wrench into the long piece (which has an arrow in the instructions) and turn. There are threads on both ends of this piece which when Allen wrench turns tighten each other. It is difficult to explain but hope this helps. |

| Answer: | I did this very thing. My concern was more for the wire gauge and the curtain material. The wire stayed braided well, but I could see if you got a crimp or a bur in it it could really cause an issue. The process to take the wire down is a small chore, but not so bad. One end is "fixed" while the other is used for the final bit of tension on the line. The tensioning end can be unscrewed and removed very easily. Don't remove the wire from the attachment hardware, simply unscrew the tensioner end, slide the curtains off to wash, put them back on and screw it back in. It's not too much worse than removing a curtain rod. I was using this product to cover very long (horizontal) windows. Two of the sets weren't long enough that they needed the extra middle support (the curtains were very light), but one run was long enough that it needed the support. In that case I had to remove the wire from the tensioner as the tensioner end doesn't fit through the support. This added some effort to taking down the curtains. |
