Answer:	Hello, thanks for your question. The minimum and maximum length of the Hanging Screen Door 38" x 82" tension rod is 15.7 and 43.3 inch. Diameter minimum and maximum: 0.5-0.6 inch.
Question:	HOW do you go in and out
Answer:	There is a tension rod for the top. I did not use the Velcro. They only sent one side. I used the pack of tacks to attach the screen on one side top to bottom then only a couple at the top of the opening side. To keep it from flapping I added a piece Velcro at the midpoint of the opening side where the handle (fabric loop) is and a second piece @ 3 inches long at the bottom of the screen and door frame.
Question:	Is there a gap at the bottom where my cat can get out or can it be secured
Answer:	The one I ordered was way to long there was no gap.

Installation

Method 1： String the tension rod into the opening at the top of the mesh. Rotate and adjust the length of the rod to fit your door size. Place the screen flat on the floor with the loop side facing up. Attach the supplied hook tape to the each 2 sides（4 inch Length）of the screen. Press Hook&Loop for a few seconds to fix them firmly. Peel off white backing paper once you're ready to stick the mesh with tension rod to your door frame.

Method 2： Measure door size properly before install the screen mesh. Attach hook tape to the top and 2 sides（4 inch Length) of the door screen loop side, peel off white backing paper then stick to the top and 2 sides of the door frame, press Hook&Loop for a few seconds to fix all of them firmly.

Question:	Is the black upgrade option a 2 pack of rods
Answer:	There was no upgrade option when I bought mine but upon looking at present choices, I’d say still one pole, but upgraded. Also same price between choices makes me think must be still one pole. It’s a good strong pole though. I have heavy curtains hung in hallway with them. Hold weight👍🏻Never slip👍🏻 I even bought a couple more after my first.

Answer:	I actually used this rod for curtains in my kitchen. I wanted a tension rod as I did not want to use regular rods and put holes in my back splash which goes all the way to the ceiling. I was able to slip the curtains over the ends without removing the ends. I'm not sure if both ends are removable as I didn't have the need to remove the ends.
Question:	Approximately how much weight does it hold being super duper
Answer:	This tension rod did not work out for me, as I wrote in my review the ends are a slippery plastic causing rod to slide and fall no matter how much tension is added. It did not hold a light plant under 5lbs. I had to use hooks to sustain this rod.

Answer:	I don't recall the exact shipping box dimensions (maybe 4 feet or so). The rod comes in sections that are very easily attached! Now, while you can't swing on it like a pull-up bar, it is secure and strong. Exceeded my expectations. Hope it works for you.
