Answer:	Lynn, I recently got a new low flow toilette which has a weird oval shape opening. I tried using my basic plunger and it did not work at all. After reading reviews, I decided to try this one. It works very well for odd shaped holes. I was Leary when I got it, but it does work.

Question:	I just bought this but I can't fit it into my 57.5" shower. What are the exact measurements from smallest to longest that it works for
Answer:	My shower stall is about 41" in width and there was probably another inch of play. So the narrowest this rod can manage is about 40". But you can easily modify the rod to fit a narrower width. If you need it to accommodate 34" then just remove 3" from each rod end. Not as plug and play, but at least this way you get a brushed nickel finish rod. The only rods out there that fit those small sizes are either AL or white and they looked kind of cheap to me.
Question:	Does this shower rod extend to 72" (6 ft.) or only 60" as a reviewer claimed? Does it have a weight rating? Thanks for your help

Answer:	Unless there's an existing issue, this product is harmless to your piping. It has been tested on a ton of pipes and situations and it has had success across the board.

Answer:	When using this product for the toilet it comes with a special inflatable head to create seal after inserting in the toilet so there should not be any backsplash. insert head into toilet, pump up head with attached hand pump before pressing button. After firing push button on pump to deflate before removing plunger

Answer:	Hi yes the toilet attachment connects to the main body. Unscrew the plastic piece around the hole of the attachment, put that plastic screw ring around tip of main unit and then connect attachment and screw on to tighten and secure. Answer:	The rod is fixed in place. It does not stick out very far therfore it does not cause you to lose any space in the bathroom.
Question:	How curved is it? (What is the radius of the curve?) How far out does the center stick out relative to the ends
Answer:	Brushed Stainless Steel is slightly brighter than Brushed Nickel or Satin Nickel but is essentially the same color. It would be difficult for anyone not trained in metallurgy to tell the difference in color, but the brushed finish may be different-- as it is for almost every manufacturer's -- even Nickel finishes will vary that way... so the only way to get an exact match is to buy all from the same manufacturer with the very same series. I know my metals very well and I can see only a slight difference that no one else who has seen it can detect, for what its worth.
Question:	Is it rustproof
Answer:	Yes. Best way to cut anything made of round tubing is with a pipe cutter sold for plumbing use to cut copper pipe. It will leave a nice clean edge. $6 to $9 at any home store or hardware store. A hack saw can work but will leave a ruff end that needs filing to clean it up.

Answer:	No, I had to return mine because of that, Bed Bath and Beyond has one called the "gripper", that's what we bought. It works great and uses two set screws to create tension at the end just like a regular tension rod. We love that one.

Answer:	The quality seems the same as other Charisma towels, although I don’t know if the others we have (from other sources) are Royal Velvet. NOTE: The towels we received were Costco towels and are less expensive there.

Question:	will this tension rod hold when placed on tile walls with grout joints
Answer:	The instructions are useless because the item is garbage. It won't hold any pressure. I owned a similar item in the past that worked great. You just 1) pump the thing till you feel some pressure then 2) press it up to the drain with the closest fitting to prevent air from going anywhere other than the drain and then 3) pull the trigger. The version of this project I owned years ago was red and it worked awesome for years. Since then I've purchased one garbage useless version after another. None of them have worked or have held any pressure for more than a few uses. Great product idea ... but the manufacture is so bad that it's practically fraud.
