Answer:	I’m not sure about cleaning grout because I’ve only used it on flat surfaces. As far as cleaning ability I would have to say that it was just so-so. It cleaned surface dirt but I doubt that it would be effective for deep cleaning. As far as the mop itself I don’t have it anymore because I threw it away in frustration! I could only squeeze the handle to spray the solution one or two times before it would freeze up. I used it a couple of times and then couldn’t stand it anymore. I hope that this helps.

Answer:	I would suggest checking here on Amazon for "Command" brand stick ups. They come in all shapes and types and can be removed without damage to most surfaces. I use them everywhere since they are inexpensive and work great.

CLEAN SHAVE EVERYTIME

ANTI-FOG COATING

Each Shower Mirror is coated in an anti-fog film. The film prevents hot water vapor sticking to the mirror's surface and causing it to fog up. Even if one mirror is foggy, this one will not!

TILES

Tile must be larger than suction cup in order for mirror to stick.

STEP 1: CLEAN SURFACE

Make sure to thoroughly clean surface to remove any dirt. After cleaning, dry the surface with a dry towel. See above for recommended surfaces (the smoother the surface the better the suction cup will stick).

STEP 2: PUT IN PLACE

Lightly wet the bottom of the suction cup to create a good seal. Make sure the suction is set to the unlocked position. Then, put it in the desired location. The suction cup might not stick right away so keep constant pressure on it until the next step.

STEP 3: LOCK SUCTION CUP

While applying pressure, lock the suction cup in place by rotating the white ring around the base clockwise. If the mirror does not stick then try again carefully cleaning the surface and applying more pressure when locking. Over time the suction cup will slowly let air back in, just give it a good push every once in a while to keep it in place.

REMOVING

Removal is even simpler. Simply untwist the lock by rotating the white ring counter-clockwise. The suction cup should fall off by itself. However, if it doesn't, then simply pull it off by pulling on the small tab on the top.

Answer:	Yes - I’m not sure if it’s a random batch issue, or if it’s a property of the reflective material they’re using instead of glass - but I just got mine a few days ago and it’s clearly a little distorted vs. a real mirror. It’s 100% fine for me to get a quick look of my face in the shower and to touch up the edges of my beard. But I wouldn’t recommend using it to *establish* any straight edges.

Answer:	Hi Jake, Ann Lucas here. I honestly don't know. I would recommend checking with the manufacturer of the Mop and Glo and/or also the steam mop. I have vinyl floors so I can never use a steam mop and I don't believe I would try it. It would most likely mess up your floors as well as your steam mop machine if you are planning to pour it into the machine. I don't know anything about steam mop machines but I am assuming you are referring to pouring it into the machine. Sorry I can't be of more help but hope this helps some. Thanks, Ann

Answer:	I have been using it for over 20 years. Makes my old tile look great!
Question:	Is there a trick to make this mirror not fog up so much? I have to wet it constantly to even be able to see myself
Answer:	NEVER EVER USE MOP AND GLO! I have come to call it Mop and GLUE. First off, if you have even the tiniest bit of dust or dog hair it will be GLUED to your floors. The shine lasted only 1 day and then looked like filthy 100 year old dull floors. It took me nearly a week, but the effort to remove it was well worth it. Just use plain water in a good steam cleaner to keep your floors nice and shiny. I personally used 3 bottles of Quick Shine wax build up remover. First, diluted, but didn't help. Then I tried it undiluted and got down on hands and knees with a towel. You wouldn't believe what came up as far as the amount of wax. NEVER USE MOP AND GLO. I honestly don't know how that company gets away with selling it.
Question:	can the mirror be installed without the razor attachment
Answer:	unfortunately yes, Had a roommate put in on my finished concrete stained floor. Now I cannot use my preferred sealer as the acrylic wax has to be chemically and mechanically stripped before any kind of sealer will be able to get past the wax. Not looking forward to 4 hours of scrubbing w ammonia, but that is the best way to remove the acrylic wax. I would use a high quality sealer, you can pick a flat matt or glossy finish. Home depot carries the miracle brand in the blue containers, works real good. Amazon might have it as well.

Question:	How do you remove it? Does it come off like a command strip? Does it rip the paint off
Answer:	The adhesive that comes attached to the back of the holder is a very hardy 3M foam tape strip. I used that because I was mounting to tile. If you plan on mounting to drywall, I would remove the adhesive strip that comes with the holder and replace it with a Command Strip or two.
Question:	Would these hooks work with a Merkur double edge razor or any double edge razor since the heads are larger
Answer:	I've used it on the porcelain tile by my kitchen sink and it didn't leave a residue after I moved it. I did put it on a wall paper background and it tore that off.
Question:	Can I put this in the shower are
Answer:	Yes，Our Heavy Duty Self Adhesive Hooks can handle 20 pounds things.you can use the hook to hang it as long as you stick the hook correctly. But please don't hang valuable or fragile goods on it.

Answer:	My medicine cabinet is made of a plastic material and these didn't adhere to the plastic. They're great on other plastics, glass and my drywall. It probably wouldn't work well, being placed sideways.

Answer:	I have them on my sink counter. They stand up fine. The suction is the problem with this product. They now just function as cups with a suction cups anti-capabilities
