Answer:	Yes you can wear them w/o socks and they are comfortable. I have worn them for short periods w/o socks, however there's no cloth to absorb the moisture and the memory foam can get a little "humid".

Answer:	I've always heard swimwear should be ordered a size bigger than what you normally wear...as it's generally small and tight fitting. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I think so. I wear an 8 and the medium fits perfectly. I have a flat butt though, so take that with a grain of salt. FWIW, I ordered both large and medium and the returns process was excellent.
