Question:	When moving, does the included silicone come off the shower wall cleanly
Answer:	I had to replac3 a uni5 in on3 of ou4 showers that had tile enclosure. Th3 base came off without damaging the tile but b3 prepared to do some scraping. Hopefully you walls were sealed before mounting 5he uni5. Otherwise, it could be a problem.
Question:	The item came with a silicone glue tube but no instructions. Could somebody give me instructions as to how and where to put the glue
Answer:	It's best to follow the prep instructions. My advice is to use a tube of regular clear silicone caulk, the type used around sinks and tubs and costs about $2. Apply it liberally to the mount seams, press it down and allow it to dry - more than 24 hours. It's best if the silicone pushes out through the little holes. Don't be impatient and load the canisters up with 3 pounds of liquid. Give the caulk time to dry thoroughly. I just replaced my unit that I installed 10 years ago from the same manufacturer. I'd say that held up well.
Question:	What is the best way to prime the pumps
Answer:	Hi Kathy..it's a little slow but you have to keep a finger over the little hole and then pump several times. They say about 10 but it was more like 50! But once it's primed you will LOVE this! :-)

Question:	Has anyone had theirs installed for several years? Does it fall off at some point
Answer:	My oldest one has been on a tile wall for almost 10 years. I have three of these dispensers and have not had a single one come off. Follow the instructions about cleaning the wall before installing and you won't have a problem.
Question:	Can these be installed with screws as well, or ONLY with silicone and double stick tape
Answer:	Probably though there were no screws included I don't think. If uou are worried about it falling off with just the silicone and double sided tape - fear not - it's not going anywhere. I haven't had this particular kne up for more than a year though my last 3 pump dispenser stayed in for probably 6-7 years and u had to work to get it off. Follow the directions for cleaning the surface well and you shouldn't have a problem. If you just want to screw it in the tile due to a rough surfaced tile or something - I'm sure uou could use that method
Question:	Will this work with a pumice hand cleaner like Fast Orange or Gojo
Answer:	No it will not work with those types of cleaners. The pumping mechanism just can't handle it. These are not industrial products like you might find at the gym or in the Office restroom, made of steel and aluminum, etc. This unit is lighter-weight plastic and works best with very thin soaps, shampoos and hair conditioners. Thicker, creamier products like body lotion, some heaver body wash soaps, or the GoJo products you ask about will most certainly clog the pump. I know this from personal experience. Even really heavy shampoo and conditioner will clog it. So if you can put some of the product that you want to dispense in your hand, then tip it - and it does NOT quickly run back towards your wrist and arm? It won't work.

Question:	Are the dispensers glass? or plastic
Answer:	I looked on the website and it does not tell exactly what type of clear material it is. It is like a very high end durable clear plastic. According to the website everything is durable, long-lasting materials that won't rust or discolor. They use the best materials and solid engineering so their products will last for years. This item has a 5-year warranty. So if anything goes wrong with the item in 5 years you can get a replacement. It is the best thing that I have bought in a long time. I mainly bought it because it was stainless steel. Past things that I bought for my shower was always made of chrome and chrome does rust. By the time I bought all the chrome stuff and threw it away, I had probably already spent what the wall mount pumps cost.
Question:	How do I purchase replacement adhesive strips
Answer:	Your best bet is to contact the seller or purchase a similar type of adhesive else where. That is a good question though.
Question:	How do I remove this product from the shower wall? We just bought home with this attached to the wall and I would like to remove it. Thank you
Answer:	Mine was attached to ceramic tile. Remove each dispenser. Then the outer plate will pop off of the plate glued to the wall. But don't force it. If the silicone glue ended up so both plates are glued together, just leave them glued together. I took a large putty knife (about 8" to 10" wide and about 4" tall; it also had a plastic handle) and slowly inserted the knife between the back plate and the wall. You will need to slide it in gently, but because the putty knife is thin, it will separate the glue from the plate (or from the wall). Go slow. start working from one side and when you run out of putty knife from on angle, start sliding around the edges until you have the whole putty knife inserted behind the back plate. should take about 10 minutes or less. Just be careful not to force anything. It's a plastic plate.
Question:	What parts of this are metal? Is everything silver colored actually metal or is it metal colored plastic
Answer:	The band around the base of the dispenser is a sheet of stainless steel. All other parts are plastic. Most importantly, the handle on the dispenser. It will break and will be the cause of failure of the dispenser.

Answer:	it comes with silicone to attach the mounting plate with - allow to dry overnight and then the unit slides onto the mounting plate. I have one in my plastic shower

Answer:	7 1/2 inches high by about 7 inches wide and 4 inches deep. I've had a few of these over the years in different homes. They have never cracked, broken or fallen off the walls. I've had both the 2 chamber and right now have the 3 chamber - shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It comes with labels for those and other things also. I highly recommend these chambers, you won't be sorry.

Answer:	Sure, Jennifer, but why would u want to drill holes in your shower?? I have purchased three of these dispensers. They are mounted with a silicone adhesive so I remove them from the wall pretty easily. The silicone just peels off of the wall. I have done this on a tile shower, a plastic/fiberglass surround, & a cultured marble shower with no marks left. If you drill into the wall, you also risk water getting into the wall and causing problems.

Answer:	Yes it can be for it uses double-sided tape, and a small amount of silicon rubber. I applied both to ceramic tile, it should mount just fine on a mirror or glass.

Answer:	I mounted ours at the back of the shower this time around. I prefer this location because I can get the products without any interference from the shower head but even more from a cleaning perspective. There is less water splashed onto the dispensers at this location which keeps them looking cleaner longer.
Question:	How is this item installed? I'm considering purchasing this time, however I'm afraid if I want to remove it I will be left with a mark on the wall
Answer:	1. You must use BOTH the double faced tape AND the entire tube of silicone adhesive for your installation. The tape must be there to hold the unit while the silicone adhesive cures (in 24 hours). The tape alone will not hold the unit once it is filled.2. Do NOT FILL the unit for 24 hours after installation. The silicone can easily support much more than the weight of the full Dispenser, but not until it has cured completely. The curing time for this adhesive is 24 hours.3. The wall surface where the un it is to be mounted must be CLEAN and DRY! If the adhesive is bonding to anything other than a clean, dry wall surface, the unit will not stay on the wall. If any surface contaminates are present, the adhesive tries to bond to the contaminants resulting in an improper bond. Answer:	Late response, but may be helpful for others: Use the 3M Command Strips (probably large/heavy duty - see https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000FCGS5Y for one example). They can be placed where they will be easy to remove. Probably should use several because of the weight when the dispensers are full.

Question:	My spouse is worried that mold will grow around and/or inside the unit. Have people experienced this issue? If so how did you address it? Thanks
Answer:	I had to answer because I just bought my second one of these. My first one lasted 14 years, worked great, never broke. But when we moved we decided to get a new one. I have never had any problems with mold growing around or inside this unit--even when I removed my old one from the shower wall when selling my house-no mold underneath. I can't be sure why that wasn't a problem, I did have good air circulation in my shower and my bathroom was a good size--the 1990's garden tub and small shower. Each plastic container has a cap and the cap has a small hole that probably helps keep moisture from accumulating. We do use the shampoo, conditioner and soap on a daily basis (ours is a three pack). On my old unit I had a fourth container that I didn't use as often. The only issue I had was sometimes the shampoo in that one would lightly clog the outlet so that when I pushed the button I got a dried piece of shampoo first then the shampoo. However, the unit never clogged up so that I had to clean out the pump. As far as mold on the shower wall, if your shower walls grow mold then some may grow around this. But in both my showers I get just a little mold, one inch line on maybe five or six areas in between cleanings. My guess is if your shower grows a lot of mold or you place this unit somewhere water is dripping down into it you might have problems. But my unit is next to the shower head so it doesn't get water sprayed onto it from above and the containers are able to "dry out" between uses. I will say though that the underside of the container caps and around the top lip where the cap goes do tend to get some shampoo on them when I fill them up and sometimes they get gunky with shampoo and I have to clean them with a washcloth. I was afraid that they might have made changes and that my new one would not work as well as my old one. But the new one is exactly like the old one and has been working great for a year now. It's so hard to find a product that works well, lasts long and is worth the price that I have to review this product and tell you how happy I am. And of course I don't have bottles of hair product or liquid soap on the floor of my shower, which is why I bought it in the first place. Hope this helps!
Question:	Where can I find replacement bottles
Answer:	I can not find replacement bottles on Amazon but did find them on dispenser.com. As of today the price was $5.30 for a replacement cartridge bottle and $1.10 for a replacement button. The shipping was $6.94 to mid USA and said to arrive 2-3 weeks. I love my dispenser and plan to buy one for every sink/bath in my house. I dropped the cartridge bottle while filling it on to a concrete surface and it cracked the corner. I am going to try to seal it with the silicone like another person recommended and see if that works. Personally, it may be cheaper for me to buy another unit with free shipping since I know how clumsy I am (if I even need to). Note: I WISH these bottles had a way to set them on a flat surface for refilling. They are a little clumsy to hold while refilling at the same time. Otherwise, I'm super impressed at how neat and clean it is (no drips!)
Question:	how hard is it to install
Answer:	Pretty simple to install. Just make sure to read the instructions first. Put the glue on the sides and the sticky pads on the 4 inside corners. The sticky pads just hold it up till the glue sets.

Answer:	The description says "DURABLE DIE-CAST T-BAR LEVER". I had one with a plastic lever that broke and SimpleHuman replaced it under warranty. The replacement has a metal lever.

Question:	Does it allow you to dispense just a little soap or does it dispense too much soap with each push? (I have one that dispenses too much soap
Answer:	If it doesn't leak, it will dispense a small amount so usually requires several pushes to get enough soap to wash your hair or soap up a face cloth or scrubber. The AVIVA Two Chamber Dispenser (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FGE5K0/ref=oh_details_o05_s03_i05?ie=UTF8&psc=1) is another one to consider and has removable containers that makes it a little easier to refill.

Answer:	We made sure we put the screws right between tiles,we have airbnbs and thats how we put them and work great,fidnt mess up any tile

Answer:	Mine did that occasionally. But the best thing I started to do and so far is working, is to wipe the little spout after every use. And so far after a week I haven't had the shampoo puddle.

Answer:	Water, sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium lauryl sulfate, glycerin, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, tocopheryl acetate, panthenol, sodium PCA, trisodium ethylendiamine disuccinate, benzophenone-4, sodium chloride, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, Cl60730 (ext. violet 2), Cl14700 (red 4), linalool. Just typed all that word-for-word right off the package. Who knew there was so much salt in soap? Hope that helped...
Question:	How can you remove the adhesive completely if you want to take it out
Answer:	Mine was attached to ceramic tile. Remove each dispenser. Then the outer plate will pop off of the plate glued to the wall. But don't force it. If the silicone glue ended up so both plates are glued together, just leave them glued together. I took a large putty knife (about 8" to 10" wide and about 4" tall; it also had a plastic handle) and slowly inserted the knife between the back plate and the wall. You will need to slide it in gently, but because the putty knife is thin, it will separate the glue from the plate (or from the wall). Go slow. start working from one side and when you run out of putty knife from on angle, start sliding around the edges until you have the whole putty knife inserted behind the back plate. should take about 10 minutes or less. Just be careful not to force anything. It's a plastic plate.

Answer:	I looked on the website and it does not tell exactly what type of clear material it is. It is like a very high end durable clear plastic. According to the website everything is durable, long-lasting materials that won't rust or discolor. They use the best materials and solid engineering so their products will last for years. This item has a 5-year warranty. So if anything goes wrong with the item in 5 years you can get a replacement. It is the best thing that I have bought in a long time. I mainly bought it because it was stainless steel. Past things that I bought for my shower was always made of chrome and chrome does rust. By the time I bought all the chrome stuff and threw it away, I had probably already spent what the wall mount pumps cost.
Question:	Is it strong enough that you can actually push the shampoo to come out and it fall off the wall
Answer:	Your best bet is to contact the seller or purchase a similar type of adhesive else where. That is a good question though.
