Answer:	Yes (zipper), actually it's a good idea at night because the dew will drip on the seat below, unless you use the rain cover. The vent works good during the day letting the heat out bringing cool air in under the door like a chimney. Tip, if you hang a light pointing down from the middle top you won't get any shadows. You're invisible.

Answer:	It looks like they have a newer version coming out. The orange one is what I have and was the only version available when I ordered it this summer. The red one has an updated battery and comes with a carrying bag. I’m guessing that they both have the same color because the red one is so new that they don’t have a photo yet.

Answer:	The connection of the hose tube to the shower head leaks, The reason may be that you didn't put the O-ring in the connection of the hose, which prevents leaks when you put it in the connection of the hose.

Answer:	It says 3.5L/minute. It’s not a powerhouse but it’s a helpful water spray for hand or hair washing when you’re in the boondocks. You would probably be drawing from a bucket or a stream/lake.

Answer:	Takes mine @ an hour to recharge. But they don't last very long. Mine quit taking a charge after 6 or 7 times. When this is new, it kicks ass. But after about 25 -30 uses it clogs up and the batteries just turn to junk. We did a two week camping/beach trip and this was damn near useless by the time we got back.

Question:	Is the system waterproof if left outside
Answer:	I don't know that it is rated to be outside all the time, But we have owned ours for almost a year now and a coulee of times, it has been rained on and works fine,. However it is charged by electrical connections, and when mine got rained on, it was not plugged in if you will, I cant picture rain being good for the electrical plugs the attach to this unit. But a once or twice accident you should be fine, ours still works.

Answer:	I haven’t had any error codes per say. It could be that the internal battery needs charging. I just plug it in to charge the internal battery. I hope this helps. I love this little thing. Although I do wish the internal battery lasted longer. I charged it before I went camping I used it to heat dish water and some cooking for 10 twice a day for three days. It worked great. Water gets real hot.

Answer:	It says not to use it indoors but we use it in a cabin that has no running water. We don't use it for extended periods at anytime. It has never set off our C O detector.

Answer:	The holes they enter through are pretty small. I don’t think they stick around for dessert. I have never seen a dead one so far. I don’t think the poison acts that quickly.

Answer:	Hey there! Yeah I wouldn't want my dogs to get into poison either. These are designed that if you put the bait on the rods to be children and pet safe. Of course there are no guarantees that if your dogs don't take these for a wild ride they couldn't somehow break something but these bait stations are very sturdy in my experience and lock into place. This particular unit also has pre-drilled holes so that you can secure these to one spot which adds a whole other level of security. That is what I would do! Hope this helps.
