With this, I can also get small curls by using the tip of the barrel. If you want slightly smaller curls, go with the original, but they're both very similar in size (only differ by 1/2 an inch). Answer:	Mine has the ability to bend in flexibility but I don't think it's meant to be adjustable, it's just meant to be flexible unlike the Hitachi Magic Wand, their head is flexible too but not as much and they say not to move it too much in the instructions or it's likely to be broken sooner or short out. Answer:	Using most standard toy cleaners and/or soap and water. The ball part of the head of the toy can come off, so I'd suggest taking that off and washing both the head and wand portion and making sure you let completely dry before plugging in to charge.

"The 'speed controller' that was sold with your magic wand will burn out the motor. Do not use with the magic wand original. The item is a modified router controller and is intended for use with a brushed motor. The magic wand original is a brushless motor that was designed to operate at two speeds. Use of this controller will put extreme strain on the motor. This is not covered under the one year warranty."

Answer:	No, this is a 120 volt model and does not have a switch to change the voltage. The speed control that came with the unit is also only 120 volt. I believe that there are 220 volt units available though with a different model number.

Answer:	As of 2019 I would say this is a knock off. Mine broke within 6 weeks, I purchased the Asurion protection plan, they informed me that it was within manufacturers warranty and I would have to go through them. They tried to provide me with manufacturer contact information to no avail. They were great, they overwrote and are issuing a refund upon return of the product. Answer:	Mine arrived in the regular amazon shipping box and when you open it, it is plastic wrapped in the the black box with just the lulu printed it on it - see the pictures in the listing it looks the same. So if anyone else is around when you open it - it could be anything.

Answer:	I stand corrected. I measured it with a tape measure and at the top of the barrel it was 2 3/4" and at the base of the barred it was 4". The length of the barrel from top to base was 6 1/2". I hope this helps!

Question:	How do I take advantage of the one year manufacturers warranty. The speeds don't seem to work and they never have
Answer:	We bought two of these and we noticed that the speed setting or the top button needs to be pressed a lot of times to vary the speed. It seems like there's at least like 30 different micro speeds. Not really noticeable unless you click at least 10+ times, then we noticed a difference. Hopefully that's the same for you. Good luck

Answer:	Well, lets just say I haven’t been electrocuted yet... its not plugged in when you use it, so the only volt you would get would be from its battery. :)
Question:	Do the magic wand attachments fit on this
Answer:	NOT all wand attachments fit all wands. If you browse through some of the attachments listed on Amazon you'll see this, but I learned it the hard way. Unfortunately this seller has not responded to my question about the exact diameter of this wand's head. And although they claim that the Magic Wand attachments fit this, a quick check of the product dimensions will show you they're not identical.
