Answer:	As a massage mat with heat it works very well, but if you're looking for additional padding to sleep on I would suggest looking into other options. The mechanical parts inside the mat can be felt and are not something I would want to sleep on.
Question:	is there a timer so that the unit will shutoff completely after a certain amount of time (ie 30 mins
Answer:	Its automatic timer shuts off after about 25-30 minutes

Answer:	I gave this as a gift, but she says “yes” there are indicator lights on the remote... and she really likes it!
Question:	What is the intensity like on the messager part ? Can you lower intensity on the messager
Answer:	Yes, you control the intensity, mode and heat. You can choose the pre-set modes or customize it to meet your needs. I find the range to be better than expected. I favor the lower or mid range and found the highest level a bit too intense for my current needs, but I'm glad it's available if needed in the future.

How to Use your Body Massager?

1. Suggestion: Start on a lower speed and increase until you are comfortable with setting.

2. Precaution: When massaging over the abdomen, move the massager in a clockwise direction, add slight pressure.

3. Use the edge of the soft pad to target acupuncture pressure points.

4. Always tie long hair up, do not allow it to get in between the pad and motor housing.
