Question:	Why can't you use it for more than 15 mintues? Is it dangerous? I am confused
Answer:	I don't recall reading that in the instructions, but I have definitely used mine for hours. For me, the heat does become uncomfortable after awhile, and so I prefer to not use that feature. And I have fallen asleep on mine, with no issue. But maybe the product could potentially over heat...? It has a pre-set shut off time, which is never long enough for me, so I restart it over and over again. And maybe after the 5th time, the kneading function will cease working, (vibration continues to work), and then I know it's time to let it cool down. After letting it sit for a period, it works again just fine. So to answer your question... no, I don't think it is dangerous. But if you use it repeatedly, don't use the heat, and immediately shut it off if you hear grinding, or "not-normal" sounds, or smell any burning. You may be demanding too much of it. Having said that, I have pushed mine to that point over and over again for a year and although it is breaking down finally... it actually still works. I'm extremely impressed that it has lasted that long and held up to the abuse I put it through. I have used it to the point where it has created burns, (like a rug burn), on my skin... And that could be the other reason they recommend limiting use to 15 mins. If you stay in the same spot and bear all your weight on it... it will start to create a burn on your skin. Keep in mind, this is NOT how it is supposed to be used. But for me, the relief from muscle spasms is well worth the minor skin irritation, and to get that relief, I have to lay my entire 180 pounds onto it. The fact that I have been able to do that over and over again speaks to the quality of this item. I highly recommend it, and I am buying another one!!

I think this is probably the most versatile small massager I have ever owned and it has some pretty nice power. (tip - for foot massage, always use clean socks!)

Answer:	Since slow is a relative term, that is difficult to answer. Maybe give me a time it takes for it to make a full rotation or something like that, something that is measurable. Mine goes slower if I push on it hard though, and faster if I am wearing socks and only apply light pressure.

Answer:	I love this massager it is not a gentle massager by far, it gets in there and massages both side of the spine and neck muscles and more! One can adjust the internsity of the massage by fast or slow, add heat, and for the neck change the direction of the rotation of the massage, The seat also have heat and vibration capabilities which can also be adjustable. Speaking of adjustable the neck massager can also be adjusted for someone short or tall. I combined this massager with a Giantex Shiatsu Foot Massager and use it first think every morning and before bed time. I love it! HIGHLY RECOMEND these products!

Answer:	Yes it can lay flat, but you wouldn’t want to lay on it as the massage components would push too hard and it would hurt. It also might not be good for the unit to have that mich weight on it.
