Answer:	The heat is automatic, but if you put cold water in it, the heater is not strong enough to heat up the water. Even if you put warm water in it, the heater only keeps the water warm for about 20 minutes and then it begins to turn cold. So I would say that you can just put the cold water in it and the heater is not strong enough to actually heat up the water.

Answer:	I’ve heard that using other brand products may be an issue as far as curing with this UV light. I bought all Beetle brand polishes including base and top coat using this UV light and the very 1st time using it being a 1st time user at gel polish and a lamp came out flawless. I did beetle base coat thin layer for 30 seconds, I did thin coat of beetle color for 90seconds and then another thin layer of beetle color for 90seconds, and used the beetle top coat thick or thin for 120 seconds and flawless finish. No problems, no wiping after, and it was smooth like glass. Maybe it’s true about using their products with the lamp. I haven’t tried other brands yet to see if that’s the reason but I’ve had no problems whatsoever and I’m literally a newby at this.

Answer:	There are no water jets, just a bubble making fan hidden underneath. This unit chills the water much faster turned on than if you just leave it off. when empty, there is a fine element heating wire that does NOT, in ANY WAY, maintain the heat in the water. If you think you are buying a product that will give you a relaxing WARM foot soak, you are looking at the wrong product. I did some extensive testing and the temp drops below room temp in 4 minutes, no matter the starting temp or the room temp. your feet get COLD! I cannot recommend anyone ever buy this product. By the way, The company will not respond, I tried a dozen times or more, because It was given to me at my request, for a father's day gift. It is junk!
