Question:	The heat function is not working??? Is it broken or just does not work
Answer:	It's roughly 18 inches deep, by 18 inches wide by 16 inches tall. I have it under my desk and whenever I sit down to do work or work on the computer, I have my feet and calves it and operating. I never want to leave my desk!!! Weight wise it's about 25 pounds, give or take some pounds; but it has really nice "handles" on either side to carry it. It doesn't really seem heavy to me. Hope that helps.

My calves measure approximately 14 inches around shoe size 7 1/2 and my husbands calves are approximately 16 inches around shoe size 11 and he doesn't have a problem with it at all. The machine works great, We use it constantly and there have been no issues. It really works for us. I hope this helps out in making your decision.

Answer:	This unit runs until I turn it off. Of course the more pressure you put on it, the less effective it works. I would not try to stand on it for that may mess with the motor. I tilt it with my slippers and go from there.

Answer:	I don't have Plantar fasciitis so I cannot help you with this. I DO have a bit of neuropathy and although there are times it is too strong of a massage, overall, it has been great for circulation and general loosening up of the muscles. I realize this is not your question but thought something in it might be of help.

Answer:	we don't think it would interrupt it. he runs while watching tv and we don't have to adjust the volume at all. is it comfy while not in use depends on the person I suppose. the 'rollers' stick up a bit but I think there is plenty of room to maneuver around them if you don't like the feel. and yes, the heat mode is the last setting on the massager. one push starts the massaging, the next push turns on the heat and the final push turns off the equipment. hope this helps you make your decision :)

Answer:	Mine is about 16 x 14 x 5 inches

Answer:	Not to my knowledge. However. I must say though not especially comfortable, it works wonders.

Answer:	It is an option, so yes- you can deactivate and activate it anytime while using this massager. Each side of the massager has three, rotating heads - so three per foot. And, each head has 3 or four nodules. This IS a very sturdy, well built machine, but not many options for use other than "on" and "on with heat." There isn't a fast or slow, option to it as far as I can tell. It's still a good massager, but I think it helps to wear thick or very fluffy socks with it because otherwise the massaging nodules can feel a bit hard on my feet... Though I'm a woman and maybe prefer a lighter touch. (I have to lightly rest my feet on it, carefully, to feel most comfortable.)
