It is hard for me to do it in bed for more than a few minutes. It is easier to do it on bed on my neck, but even that cannot be done for more than 10 minutes. I usually put my back against a wall, and have this pillow between the wall and my back. Overall, I would recommend this if you have deep strain in your back or neck.
