Question:	how long is the power cord
Answer:	There isn't any heat, which is why I returned it. If you place your hand against the very back of the device, it may feel slightly warm. But, due to where the knobs are placed, that part will never sit directly against the back of your neck, so it's pointless anyhow. I was very disappointed with this device.

Answer:	It produced maybe a tiny bit of heat on the part of the device that would sit on the back of your neck, but it's very slight. The description is misleading - it does not heat up at all. That's why I returned it.
