Answer:	These masks have a thin twist tie that is bendable to securely cover the nose. I have purchased 3 boxes of these masks and find them very comfortable and easy to fit.

Answer:	Yes it is. They do not hurt your ears. There is ton of soft stretch to the ear loops. I don't have issues with my glasses fogging up like I have other brands.
