The poles remain in place because they are pulled in three directions at the same time - from the net and from both of the ropes that anchor the poles into the ground. Answer:	I don’t understand the question. We were totally disappointed and returned it.

Answer:	If you are really determined, you can make it work, but I wouldn't recommend it. You have to find a heavy weight (rock?) to place on the square pad on the base and remove it after done using it. Even for yard use, I wouldn't recommend this product as it is smaller and lower quality than other product out there.

Answer:	It's just over 4 1/2 ft high (56") and the net is 9 ft wide. Definitely smaller than most badmitton nets, but OK for our purposes (soccer goal and volleyball net for 8 yr old). Very unstable unless you place a solid weight at the bottom.

Answer:	I've never measured to see if it's official badminton height, but it appears to be so and I use it for badminton.

Answer:	Yes but it is not tall enough for adults
Question:	Should all the poles go into each other? My middle pole doesn’t fit
Answer:	The middle pole...of the bottom poles has a key or dent machined into it so it must be turned properly to insert.
