Question:	Can this be used with high heels
Answer:	It actually moves around quite a bit. I would not recommend wearing with a heel. I would suggest a pad that sticks if you are going to wear in a heel.
Question:	If it fits Women's size 6-10 shoes, would I have to cut it to size
Answer:	I have never had to alter them or cut them. I wear an Easy Spirit Traveltime Slip on style most of the time. I just place the heel gel in the heel of the shoe and it stays for the most part. I have worn the gel heel in other style shoes with a back and again, no problem. I wear a size 10 shoe - maybe it makes a difference if you wear a smaller size shoe, but they are very soft and pliable so seems to me they would fit as is.
Question:	will this help prevent my heel from slipping in my boots
Answer:	It might as it stays put in the heel of my Easy Spirit traveltime shoes (slip ons). Most of the heel insert is a flexible blue gel type material that seems to stay where it is positioned. Give it a try, nothing to lose and helps relieve most heel pain.

Answer:	Only the car. I ended up returning it as it only has one setting - on - and it’s pretty aggressive. There is no slow setting so it was too much to actually leave it on for more than 30 seconds.

Answer:	It folds, so it isn't stiff. You could not use it as a seat on its own, but it will "recline" if it's placed into a reclining chair. However, it makes the kneading more intense if you do.
