Answer:	Because of the extra cost of the usda logo some reputable companies don't post this on the label in order to pass the savings to the consumer. Ideally it should read 100% certified USDA organic to be truly organic.

Answer:	I used the brunette formula, it stripped my color treated hair but my hair was really soft & healthy. So if you’re color treated I wouldn’t use their products. I changed already.

Answer:	I think it will. I have grey hair mixed in with light brown hair and it does a great job of turning my grey hair into white blonde. I also really like the smell. It is a very soft and laid back lavender. I have tried a lot of shampoos and conditioners over the years and this is my favorite combo.
Question:	Is this product safe for keratin treated hair? It seems to have entirely washed out my keratin treatment, despite sulfate free label
Answer:	Thanks for contacting us! Most keratin treatments tell you to steer clear from sodium chloride. While our conditioners are sodium chloride free, our shampoos do contain sodium chloride in low levels as a byproduct of other ingredients used and to help adjust product thickness. We wish we had better news!

Answer:	Smells pleasant. Maybe like lavender smells like salmon shampoo or how your hair smells after visiting the salon. I do not think it helped much with the brassiness though !

Answer:	Fragrance can come from natural sources. Doesn't mean it's a chemical additive. Fragrance can come from flowers, grasses, spices, fruit, roots, resins, balsams, leaves, gums, and animal secretions. Honeysuckle and jasmine have a very strong sweet smell. They probably added some "fragrance" to either subdue the scent or enhance it.

Answer:	Didn’t order this scent, but I did order the Rose multi use oil and it smells amazing! I’m sure that this one will too since the mixture has some of the same exact oils/ingredients in it.

Answer:	I do put it around my eyes, but as with any oil you should try not to get it into your eyes. This is the best oil I have ever used and I am extremely fussy what I use on mt face and body, I highly recommend this product.

Answer:	Strong but I like it a lot. It doesn't smell like suntan lotion or artificial...it smells slightly sweet and delicious. I mostly use it because of the smell as a refresher between washing.
