Answer:	It's a standard American plug. You have to buy a European converter. There is a car adapter that plugs into a cigarette lighter.
Question:	does it have to be pluged in while using it
Answer:	Yes it needs to be plugged in.
Question:	Could this be used on my hip while I sit in a chair on in bed
Answer:	Yes. I tried it and it works in a chair and in bed. BUT beware, the balls are really hard, so if you sleep on top of it, it will be very uncomfortable. It is hard for me to do it in bed for more than a few minutes. It is easier to do it on bed on my neck, but even that cannot be done for more than 10 minutes. I usually put my back against a wall, and have this pillow between the wall and my back. Overall, I would recommend this if you have deep strain in your back or neck.

Answer:	Because of the shape of the pillow you really have to manipulate it for it to be effective on the neck. I would get one of the massagers specifically designed for the neck. I do have a rather long neck so maybe that’s why I had an issue.

Question:	Does it have a Normal charger other than car one
Answer:	Of course, this back massager comes with two chargers, one os the wall adapter, the other one is the car adapter, it is very convenience.

Answer:	Need to plug in when you use this back massager but the cord is a decent length, ...and I think you could use it for a long time than cordless massager. The battery of the cordless massager is very easy to broken, and the weight of the massager is increased, which is inconvenient.
