Question:	Why can't you use it for more than 15 mintues? Is it dangerous? I am confused
Answer:	I don't recall reading that in the instructions, but I have definitely used mine for hours. For me, the heat does become uncomfortable after awhile, and so I prefer to not use that feature. And I have fallen asleep on mine, with no issue. But maybe the product could potentially over heat...? It has a pre-set shut off time, which is never long enough for me, so I restart it over and over again. And maybe after the 5th time, the kneading function will cease working, (vibration continues to work), and then I know it's time to let it cool down. After letting it sit for a period, it works again just fine. So to answer your question... no, I don't think it is dangerous. But if you use it repeatedly, don't use the heat, and immediately shut it off if you hear grinding, or "not-normal" sounds, or smell any burning. You may be demanding too much of it. Having said that, I have pushed mine to that point over and over again for a year and although it is breaking down finally... it actually still works. I'm extremely impressed that it has lasted that long and held up to the abuse I put it through. I have used it to the point where it has created burns, (like a rug burn), on my skin... And that could be the other reason they recommend limiting use to 15 mins. If you stay in the same spot and bear all your weight on it... it will start to create a burn on your skin. Keep in mind, this is NOT how it is supposed to be used. But for me, the relief from muscle spasms is well worth the minor skin irritation, and to get that relief, I have to lay my entire 180 pounds onto it. The fact that I have been able to do that over and over again speaks to the quality of this item. I highly recommend it, and I am buying another one!!

I think this is probably the most versatile small massager I have ever owned and it has some pretty nice power. (tip - for foot massage, always use clean socks!)

Press down with your thumbs and gently slide the narrow end of support arch into the level 1 position on the base

1.Sit with your back to the arch.Slowly lie back onto the support arch with your knees bent.

The wide end of the unit should be positioned close to the base of your spine so that the support arch supports your lumbar region of your back.Try to center your spine in the slot that is designed to cradle your spine and provide extra comform.

2.Simple stretch position relax as much as possible and breathable normally

This position provides the least amount of stretch and is the easiest to do when starting out.If a greater stretch is desired,proceed to the following positions.

3.Moderate stretch position

Raise your arms over your head and shoulders and rest them as close to the floor as your can for an additional stretch.In time it will become easier,and you may be able to extend your arms fully and rest your elbows comfortably on the floor

Answer:	You don't. The upper (thoracic) back is kyphotic, I.e., it curves out. This device is for the lumbar spine, which is lordotic, or curves in. I would not use to attempt to stretch your upper Lumbar Support.
