- Yes, no separated purchase needed. 

2.This is my first installation experience, how can I install the item?

3.There is a gap between the body and the installation accessories after installation.

4.I found that there are missing parts in the package.

5.Can screen be adjusted when the window is opened? 

- The screen is adjustable between 22”-36” for when people open their window – Height would be fixed at height from bottom of U to top of unit. *Reference adjustable screen separately sold.  

6.The machine is not cooling or cooling slowly.

8. The air volume is not enough to feel the wind. 

- Midea U uses a silent air duct design, and the air supply distance reaches 20 feet. While increasing the air volume, the wind noise is much smaller than the ordinary window machine. 

9.Can the display light of the machine and the key “beep” sound be turned off?  

-This is a regular feature and cannot be turned off at this time. A new version of the APP is being developed, and the function of turning off the display light and key tone will be realized by then.

Answer:	dead4red answered your question but I just want to emphasize the need to stick with what the manufacturer suggests for sq footage. I bought this model in 2013 for our bedroom after my allergies really got much worse and my allergist told me to rip up carpeting and replace with area rugs that can be washed (cotton), cover the mattress/boxspring/pillows with quality allergy protectants, take down curtains, and buy a Germ Guardian HEPA air purifier. I did all but thought it may not matter that this model is too small for our bedroom. Yes, I slept better but finally decided to get a model that actually covers the area. And it made a huge difference. If your allergies are not that bad and/or you just want to get rid of smells or something, then you're not in the same league as me. But if you have the allergies that I have and it is very problematic, don't do what I did initially-be cheap. Instead, cough up (not literally) an extra $50-$100 and get the model that manufacturer recommends.

Answer:	Hello, I just received my unit. I plugged it in and the Power Light was flashing red AND the blue UV-C light was flashing. Resetting the unit by pushing and holding in the UV-C Button changed the power light to green but the UV-C light is still flashing. Any suggestions? Answer:	The hepa filter is not washable, I use the charcoal black filters that they sell with the hepa filter or seperate, I use my shop vac and once a week I use the shop vac to remove the dust etc out of the filters you can feel the suction from the other side. I have reused one chrcol filter for 3 weeks now whem.I use to replace once a week, the air quality is just as clean as a new one. I use one filter for 4 weeks with a good shop vac sessiononce a week. I have respiratory disease and my inside air quality monitor showd the air quality the same with a shop vac cleaned 4-week filter as it does with this brand new filter.

Answer:	Yes - If the 16ft standard line sets aren't long enough for where you plan to install your inside units, Senville will replace them with whatever length you need for an additional cost. 16ft was enough for one of my inside units, but I needed 35ft for the second one & 50ft for the third one. They only send 14/4 communication wire with the 16ft line sets so I bought 100ft from a big box home improvement store that sells DIY mini-splits. Worked perfectly. Just make sure the total length of your lines sets doesn't exceed the maximum length for the unit & that the vertical "drop" from the highest inside unit to the location on the ground where the outside unit will be sitting doesn't exceed the maximum either. In the U.S., outside units are charged with enough R410A Freon for a 25ft line set for each inside unit. The total length of my 3 line sets was 101ft (16+35+50) & my outside unit was charged for 75ft (25x3), so I needed to add R410A for an additional 26ft (101-75) - which was approximately 1/2lb. The amount of additional R410A you need to add for each additional foot can be found in the installation manual for the outside unit you buy. You can buy small cans of R410A made for "topping off" new systems when situations like this arise on eBay.

Answer:	Yes it does remove PM2.5 particles effectively. PM 2.5 is right in a HEPA filters sweet spot. HEPA filter remove 99.97% of particles above 0.3 micrometers, and PM2.5 are right around 2.5 micrometers, so this would be extremely effective at doing so. This is true of all HEPA filters though, nothing special here.
Question:	I just received mine today and the moment I turned it on, the power indicator is still flashing red. Why is that
Answer:	It comes with 1 HEPA filter (1 year est.) and 1 carbon filter (6 month est.) Based on the reviews though, the filter tend to lasts longer than the estimate.

As for the essential oil, if you have one of our ultrasonic humidifiers, then yes that will be perfectly fine to use. If you have one of our evaporative humidifiers we do not suggest using essential oils in the humidifier as it can shorten the life of your wick. Answer:	I wish the review of December 31, 2018 was the correct answer and it just contained ethyl alcohol. I received a bottle in September 2019 and was disappointed to see it contained n-Alkyl (60% C14, 30% C16, 5% C12, 5% C18) dimethyl benzyl ammonium chlorides, n-Alkyl (68% C12, 32% C14), dimethyl ethylbenzyl ammonium chlorides. I contacted the company and they sent me the MSDS which listed these ammonium chlorides as the active ingredients. I can't endorse something that is going to pump toxins like that in my breathing air.

Answer:	Best answer I can give is for you to look at the description and if that doesn't tell you, then, look on the manufacturer's website to see if they list the materials used.
Question:	Can you deconstruct the filter to lay it out flat? I am making masks for healthcare workers for emergency use and need filter material to insert
Answer:	The very fine pored core used for filtering probably would be good for masks, you're right. But in these devices it's folded into a very tight concertina form to give a large active surface area in a small overall filter. I haven't tried deconstructing, but the folds are very sharp and the material used is quite stiff, more like thin card than a fabric. So I suspect if you tried to lay it flat and form into a mask shape it would crack, rendering it useless.

Answer:	From the description: "Our filter replacements for your Honeywell Air Purifier Filter R measure 10.2” x 6.5” x 1.6”." Just for my amusement, I broke out a tape measure and checked; yep, that's accurate. Approx. 25.91cm x 16.5cm x ~4.1cm for metric folks, if I converted correctly.
