Answer:	I have a herniated l5 and a fracture in my vertebrate and I’m a bodybuilder. I use this on myself everyday. On my lower back my legs my shoulders and rear delts, calves, forearms, biceps, chest, my butt!! Haha there isn’t anywhere this gun can’t go. The shape is like a gun so you are actually able to hold it and angle it down no problem. I would be careful of hitting the bone tho so steer clear of the spine itself. You can easily reach the soft tissue around it no problem. When you say neck I’m assuming you mean your cervical pain and not in your throat area right. Or so you mean the rear deltoids that kind of pain you feel when you sleep wrong and wake up and can’t turn your head? It’s kind of strong and shouldnt be used around youR throat. Another thing that helps me is a TENS/EMS unit. I used to Go To the chiropractor but then got one of these to use at home. Make sure it is an EMS and a TENS tho.

Question:	What is the black tab/button on the side used for
Answer:	The black button on the side of the massage head is the battery release button. If you press on that button and pull down on the handle, the handle will pop right out! (The handle is the battery)
Question:	How do you use this on your own back
Answer:	You most likely will need someone to do it for you. The most you can do is your upper back/ neck area and lower back. Still a good massager despite not being able to do the entire back by yourself.
